You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

No one heard Trump ask him to stay...or for how long...

I liked the guy but he has been dragging his feet on indicting the NY Mayor Bill de Blasio on charges with all the facts in....

Things have changed a lot from the time of Bharara's meeting with Trump in Nov
as to all the leaks and subversive action of Obama's DoJ attorneys....

Right now it looks like anything can backfire from any of Obama appointees....
    They all need to go....

How stupid do directors think people are ???

One thing about films/shows that bugs me is in fight scenes where a guy punches someone with a helmet or similar and knocks the guy out, or the guy that gets punched with glasses on and gets knocked down but still has his glasses on !!!

I have been in hockey fights and hitting a guy with a helmet results in bloody knuckles and not much else lol.

Movies are not real life and not intended to be....

It is the actors and lefties that think life should be like a movie....

In real life most fights the way they hit in movies would be over at the 3rd swing....
real people dont get thrown thru a window and come up without blood on them..

hell making movies ruined me for years watching them....yes I too once had a small film/service company and worked on movie sets...
I just dont talk about a lot of shit.....no one believes you anyway...
I am registered on IMBd...one of the first movies I worked on Rita Wilson was in....Tom Hanks wife now...

when I watched a movie back then--Hell all I saw was camera angels and shadows from boom mic's and two shots and
camera pans and pull outs or push in..
washed out lighting--fuck ups on key lights...missing back lights...
bad sound mixes drove me more nuts than a bad edit.....I would wonder how many takes did they do to get it so bad....
hint---remember back when Melvin Simon (billionaire Mall developer) thought he could be a producer...

Finally my head is clear of all that and I can watch the story....thank god....

Ahhhh, here it is. I have looked for this thread for days but the search function always came back with a blank page so they must have finally got their shit together in admin and fixed that glitch ...

Anyway I already asked the question about Dispicible Me 3 in another thread so will move on.

Nice watch right ??? It was expected to bring in around 120K and once again Kim Kardashian had to take things to an extreme and bid it up to 379K ...

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water ...

For some reason I really like Mandy Moore but don't think that is enough to make me run to the theater to see this one.

47 Meters Down ventures just deep enough

We might just be in a golden age of woman-versus-shark movies. The year 2010 gave us The Reef, with Zoe Naylor and a great white off the coast of Australia. Blake Lively battled a particularly tenacious beast in last year’s The Shallows. And don’t forget AnnaSophia Robb in 2011’s Soul Surfer, in which a shark attack puts a young woman’s priorities in perspective.

The newest brings together Mandy Moore (Tangled) and Claire Holt in a shark thriller that was originally titled In the Deep, with a planned DVD-only release last summer, until studio heads decided big fish belong on the big screen. The new title is definitely more memorable, although its metric units may confuse American audiences. Why not 51 yards, or 154 feet? Even 26 fathoms has a more nautical ring.

Anyway, the film about is 6 per cent of a day long. Lisa (Moore) and Kate (Holt) are sisters vacationing in Mexico. They’re also best friends or, as this movie thinks of them, chums. Lisa, the eldest, has just been dumped by her boyfriend for being too boring, so Kate suggests an exciting afternoon of shark-watching, from the safety of an iron cage. Some local guys say it’s great fun, and while both women are wary, the boat’s captain (Matthew Modine) seems to know what he’s doing. So down they go.

Of course, things go wrong; the winch breaks, sending their cage to the bottom of the ocean; I can’t remember exactly how deep, but it’s enough that they can’t contact the boat unless they leave the cage and swim up a bit. But that would put them in the way of sharks, some of which are more than 300 inches long! And to go all the way up too quickly they risk a life-threatening case of the bends. What to do?

47 meters looks pretty good from the previews, so I might have to check it out this weekend.

I did my 100 meters last week without a cage but didn't see one shark the whole time but a squid got a little overly friendly at one point.

It ended up on our plate as Calimari LOL.

Did you know that you are not supposed to look at your dog directly in the eyes if they do a No No, direct eye contact with them releases a pleasure endorphine in them so they get a false sense of security from it instead of the intended scolding ...

Does anyone watch "What Would You Do" ???

Watch the new episode tonight on ABC (I think) and you will laugh, cry, be happy, get mad and a bunch of wtf moments too ...

Ashley Graham guests in one scenario, she is that drop dead gorgeous plus size supermodel. Another scenario is about Muslims and their friends and another has a mom that feeds her kid hot sauce as punishment and a couple step in to stop her ...

There is a new series starting tomorrow called Salvation that looks rather interesting in a "Deep Impact" sort of way ...

It was originally slotted for 2014 but was pushed back and started production late last year and has 13 episodes.

There must have been something in the water on set of the Transformer films because this dude went waaaay off the deep end a couple years ago already and is a fucking joke ... maybe a good "ass tackling" in prison will straighten him out lol.

Megan Fox went off the deep end as well during her stay on the franchise and actually called the director a Nazi lol. She was fired right after that.

So it appears that not only is Shia La brought a snowflake, but he's a racist as well. Video of his arrest caught him telling a black officer that he was going to hell because of his skin color.

It is too bad that you don't talk about it more often because it is an interesting topic so I for one AM interested in hearing what you have to say RK, I don't have to like you to respect what you have accomplished in your life ...

AND it is "IMDb" btw LOL. I too contribute daily to both my accounts and comments and corrections in others. I love that site.

The one that pisses me off more than most is how a guy can get knocked out by a punch while wearing a motorcycle helmet, or the guy that takes a shot to the face and is still wearing his glasses afterward lol.

I had no idea I was on IMDb until a few years ago when I was doing a google search on myself....
It was so many years ago and I have been far removed from that industry by many years.
It impressed me that the info on what I did was on there....
I have never formally contacted them....

Ya if you have any sort of association with the entertainment industry and have ever showed up in any credits it is hard to hide on there lol. I hear you on the shocked part though as I found the same thing as you mentioned and I get comments on my account from people saying things from years ago that even I had forgotten about lol.

I bet is felt flattering though to see your name there ???

Watching the pilot episode of Salvation and it is starting off quite interesting and looks well worth the hour a week to watch. The daughter of a friend is in 2 episodes but gets killed off quickly lol. Oddly enough she played "Bonnie" in the B&C episode of Timeless last season (earlier this year) and we all know what I think of them ...

It is a CBS production but is filmed in Canada and is under the Canadian content rules so has to have a certain percentage of Canadian talent in front and behind the scenes.

Salvation was one of those shows that made me want to be able to go right into the next episode without waiting a week to do so.

Will see if it can come close to holding the pace and interest in the next few shows that it did on the first one.

    =========================

Tonight I watch the second installment of Snowfall which is another short series for the summer....

A look at the early days of the crack cocaine epidemic in Los Angeles during the beginning of the 1980s.

Surprised me that I liked the first episode last week....ON FX TV Channel...

Ya the pilot is the make or break episode and I agree that I was wishing for next week already. I try to avoid shows that I know I will like and let them get a few episodes in so I can binge watch them but this one peaked my curiosity too much and considering that there were basically no shootouts, car chases, explosions or mass destruction, they did well keeping me glued to the screen ... I didn't take you for a Sci-Fi guy but I'm glad I wasn't the only one that watched it lol. I will be curious to see the viewership numbers that should be out by now. Thanks for contributing RK.

This is the first I'm hearing about the Snowfall thing but can imagine the nightmare scenario. I volunteer at the Hope Mission periodically so I see it in real life and it is hard on the heart to see some fall prey to this drug and spiral out of control. I would like to give it a look but it might make me too sad ...

Caitlyn Jenner is on the view right now and first off I should be slapped for watching it but I wanted to give her one more chance to win me over so I am watching it partly to see how she carries herself in public and if there is any substance to what she believes in.

Can't say I'm convinced but I will give her credit for not "going all drama queen" and is adding to the conversation without become the focus so that is a plus ...

I think that cute blonde Sarah is a peach and she looks like she would be a fun friend that could keep you laughing. That mouthpiece Joy isn't on today so that is another plus, but I find it curious that she isn't on with an LGBTQ guest on the show or am I reading too much into it ???
