OK, this was inspired by pookey's post asking what the ladies here would change about their SO's, and I don't know whether this was planned as a follow-up, so sorry if I've jumped the gun.

Let's say you found a genie in a lamp. Trouble is, you got the shit genie who's close to retirement; he'll only give you 1 wish, and he can't do the big stuff, but one thing he's good about is self-improvement, so...

If you could change ONE THING about yourself, what would it be?
Throwing this open to guys and girls, similar rules apply here as for pookey's post (standby for blatant theivery):

1. Keep it real(ish). It doesn't have be be completely attainable - let's face it, if it was something easy to do you'd have done it already - but nothing like "I'd want to be a world-class athelete" (unless you're already pretty good!). Try and pick something simple. Remember, it's the shit genie and he can't do big stuff.
   
2. It has to be something about your body or personality (this is the Sexuality forum after all), so...
   
3. Not allowed to change income, social status, power status.
   
4. You can't change location or possesions, but this excludes dressware, and style, you can wish to change style but nothing like "I would want to drive a Ferrari." or "I would want to live in Bora Bora".
   
5. EXTRA RULE: Guys, try and pick something other than having a bigger cock.

Giving a reason behind the desired change will make it more interesting, so try and say why.


I'll go first. Obviously like a lot of guys I'd like to be a bit less skinny and more more muscular, but that's not the ONE thing I'd change. The one thing I'd change is to make my face more symmetrical.

Now, I know almost all people's faces aren't completely symmetrical but to me mine stands out. In a lot of photos of me it's really obvious that one eye is higher up than the other (as is the ear on that side), and it's always more closed than the other. I call it 'gimpy eye syndrome'. I think the reason it bugs me is that it's the one thing I CAN'T easily change as I'm not sure I dislike it enough to consider surgery. I've gone to a lot of trouble to change my facial appearance from how bad I looked when I was a kid; better haircut, braces, laser surgery so I don't have to wear glasses, and I'm currently on Accutane to hopefully finally get rid of my adult acne. The one thing I'l never be able to change wihtout some serious surgery is my gimpy eye, but I'd definitely change it if there was an easy way to do it.

 

I hope I can change my arrousal behaviors, I can stand still while a very sexy and beautiful girl strip in front of me without feeling anything. I don't know what's my problem but it really scares me

by the way, does the "bora bora" you mentioned were located in the Philippine islands?

 

I'll have to agree on the more muscular part. I'm 6'3" about 160lb so I feel I'm too skinny. Other than that maybe be less of an asshole....although that is something I'm good at. :lol:

 

i think i'd want a bigger ass to match my tits because it's not like i don't have an ass it's just not huge and im very blessed on top but it's tight so i guess it's nice although im uneven

 

I'd want perfect eyesight, or at least less eye sensitivity so I could wear contacts.

Wow.........great question! I think, if I'm following your point properly, I would change my attitude about how sacred and precious life is. I would be more humane and more gracious to my fellows. Less concerned with the temporary and more concerned with the eternal. Find out what love truly is and be more inclined to share love.

If there was one thing I could change about me..

While I am significantly overweight, I don't think I would change that.

It has to be something about my personality. I know I have what it makes to make a woman laugh, to love, but I just have to be able to break the ice.

What I would change is.. My shyness. Though I'm not shy on the interweb (Thank God for anonymous posting
) I feel that the reason I never have a girlfriend is because I'm too afraid what the girl might say to me besides yes. Okay, I know the only other possible answer is "No." to when I ask them out, but I start fearing random shit.. It gets really annoying.

That's definately what I would change. I hate being shy.

 

That you can change on your own, what's the big deal if a girl says no...you won't find out if you don't try, be your self, that's all you can be.
