We often think material things make us happy. Having the best job. Having the most money. We feel that sex makes us happy. Love makes us happy. I feel that the more i yearn and desire for those type things the more i want. Those things can not promise happiness. Those things fill a void in your life and bring you short term pleasures.

So i say things like showing people respect. Giving people attention and love. Making people smile even if you do not feel like smiling yourself. Helping others and actually listening to what they have to say and caring. Being decent to your friends and family. Not giving a fuck if people are rude as hell. Doesn't mean you have to join them. Cause trust me people are fucking rude and disrespectful!!! We can not change that. Lol

 

Happiness finds me.

 

Nothing stopped me and it's not a secret. First, find someone who can put up with your shit. After that, it's easy.

As much as possible one's happiness should not depend on factors beyond one's control. This inclination is difficult, but worth cultivating.

In all seriousness, I have found that the secret to at least being content is putting in the work to accomplish your goals so that you can be comfortable and confident in knowing that you eventually will, not sweating the small stuff or small-minded people, and finding happiness in the little things.

What makes me smile most is seeing the good in others and seeing others do well.

 

Today, we call that ''being immature''..that is not a myth or a legend....it just is.

 

First a person has to decide what happiness really is for them.
That is the hard part.

My Secret for finding happiness?... Happiness found me!
But I lost it and came here, hoping to find it again in the future!

 

Happiness is a bloombox.

 

It's different for everyone. Good weed, a good woman and a killer place to do it gets my happy on...

Actually I'm an expert on this. I've always been happy. Follow this lifestyle and I guarantee you'll find happiness . First, eat a nutritious diet, plenty of protein, cut out or severely limit processed sugar. Do not eat enriched bleached flour products, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Limit fruit juices, no sweet drinks or diet drinks. Limit sodium intake. Limit alcohol drinks, never more than 2. No smoking is a given. Exercise daily, every other day at least one hour of heavy exercise.

Every task you perform do your absolute best. Never do anything half ass. Give it your best always in everything you do. Always maintain a positive attitude. Treat every living thing with respect. Avoid negative people, however always try to brighten up a negative persons day. Never say you can't do that. Your motto should always be where there is a will there is a way. You'll attract a like minded mate and the rest will be a cake walk.

 

My secret to happiness is very simple. Happiness is out living your enemies and always keep plenty of enemies.

 

Some times one thinks that happiness is here right before him. He bends to pic it up, and it is already right behind him. One may never be complitly happy, there always are buts. I can tell that my cat is happy with me, the way she looks at me.

 

I'm happy knowing I have a job and won't go hungry, nor suffer for lack of medical care, nor lack of shelter. It's difficult to be happy when you lack food and shelter.

Now, all the rest can be simple. Talking with nice people, enjoying a warm day, drinking a cool glass of water after sports, enjoying a beach. The world is full of beautiful things that keep me happy.

My "secret" is: make sure you have a dependable source of income to guarantee food and shelter. Than enjoy that and never take the beauty of this planet for granted. And never make debt.
