I have deep conversations with everybody I can in the appropriate venues and try to find common ground with absolutely everybody. I try to make everybody feel welcome wherever I am and treat everybody as human beings without patronizing people. That's nothing special though because it's the bare minimum. So is pointing out things that other white people never seem to mention when talking about privilege. The last one clearly makes me unpopular in this section but I really don't care.

You all have posted in this thread more than anybody else, way before I ever did. It's on you to start a real conversation with each other. Rather than the same liberal vs conservative song and dance.

If any of the sad white boys around here feel like they missed out on their fair share of privilege, I'll be happy to share some of mine. I certainly have more than I need. White privilege is sort of like a savings account with compound interest. The more you use it, the more you get in return.
