I read an article today that gave 6 reasons why you should sleep naked. Not that I needed a reason I happen love to sleep naked but was wondering doesn't everyone. My question is do you sleep naked and not just after sex? If you do why do you like it?

I sleep naked as often as I can. I love the skin on skin contact with daddy as I fall asleep. I like to feel the sheets move across my body as I shift in my sleep.

 

I sleep naked also but never really gave it any thought as to why. I find it weird when people find me weird for sleeping naked ha. Of course the contact of skin is warm and soft, want my whole naked body to feel all the warmth and cuddle up.

 

I never slept naked but I never wear underwear at home. But for me, I never really thought about sleeping naked just because I guess I never came across a good reason why I should.

So what are the 6 reasons why people should sleep naked?

 

I've always preferred to sleep naked.

 

1. You may like your partner more.
2. It could help prevent diabetes.
3. It's better for your lady health.
4. It's how our ancesters did it
5. It could be better for immune system
6.Body temp affects sleep.

Each goes into detail but the short version.

 

7. I like to encourage intruders.

 

I've slept naked ever since acquiring a girlfriend in college. I carried on sleeping naked in the absence of any bed partner. Its just more comfortable.

 

Depends on the time of year. Pretty often in summer, not so much right now.

 

I love sleeping naked when it's not too cold.

 

The cold doesn't bother me. Summer or winter I prefer to be naked.

I always think its weird when people say "if its not too cold". That's why I have a central heating and cooling system with a thermostat, to make sure its not too cold, or too hot.

I like sleeping naked bundled up under a heavy quilt, so too hot especially in California can be a problem. Once you have A/C with a programmed thermostat you can stop worrying about that.

 

I have always slept naked, it's too uncomfortable to wear anything in bed.
I agree with Amelia that the feel of skin on skin is a great way to drift off.

 

I've slept naked since I left home at 17 to go to university. I tend to run a bit on the warm side, so sleeping nekkid is the most comfortable for me.

I never did like getting undressed and then dressed again to go to bed. I just get undressed and climb in the bed. I've done that for as long as I can remember. It doesn't matter if I sleep alone or not. I wear as few clothes as possible when i'm home alone anyway so why not sleep naked.

 

I've never owned a set of pajamas.
