Perhaps he is stressed at work and perhaps 1 or 2 times a week works perfectly well for him so he doesnt need more.

If he feels under pressure to perform and give you a good time it could be having a negative impact on him and the way he feels in the bedroom.

Coming from a guy who's in a similar situation, I can certainly empathize. Maybe one thing that may help him realize that sex is better than jerking off would be to incorporate both worlds. Tell him that he can watch porn while you give him a blowjob. He'll get the visual stimulation coupled with the physical sensation. I understand that it'd be all about him this time, but I think that he'd find it so arousing that he'll want to keep going with you. Maybe the next time you both could watch porn while having sex. Although @Lovetoo4you hasn't been present since June of 2016 there's still some legitimate questions here that deserve an answer to those going through it similarly. Allowing an issue to run 2 years without change or by not seriously addressing it's underling medical, psychological or marital causes is a failure in communications beyond the norm. While cutting back on sex isn't the same as cutting it off it should be paramount to the top of discussion with an expected answer, that cannot equally be compared to other "gal friends" as their sexually physical requirements (in most cases) differ greatly from a man's role.
