    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    You're right. I've been horrible. :( But it's something I would definitely not do ever again. I'll be quiet for a while...


    But the Bible admonishes us to proclaim the good works of the Lord AND share the Good News of the gospel with a call to repentance. That's what I was trying to convey in the Pentecost thread. Words of praise, spoken in spirit and in truth, are acceptable peace offerings unto the Lord.

    The certainty in the question and the peacefulness in his final words was simply the man DYING. At the moment of death, there is often a final burst of electrical activity. That can explain the mans behavior. Yet you ascribe it to something supernatrual. Could it not have been the result of the man having been raised in a culture with its own set of myths and legends? And as he finally died, he experienced a hallucination where he saw, or thought he saw, a mythic figure? No it must be something intangible and unobservable to explain his behavior. It must be something other than the directly observable activity of the body that occurs at the moment of death.

    I'm not condemning you to silence, nor am I calling you horrible. I'm just asking you to tone it down. By declaring your faith in God so loudly and repeatedly (in a place where no one asked you, I might add), you open yourself up to ridicule, from both believers and non believers.

    It's great that you have faith in Jesus. It's great that God saved you from praying to whatever dead gods you used to follow or whatever. This isn't the place to try to proselytize, convert, or preach to people. You can share your faith, share stories on how God has affected your life, but you risk intimidating, annoying or outright offending people when you repeatedly SHOUT AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS your deeply personal and private experiences.
    Be aware of your surroundings, and realize that this particular forum may not be the appropriate place for certain actions.

    people believe in god, people still go to church, plenty of them do, what is with the title to this thread that assumes not one person believes, that is a bit mis-leading to an extent.

    in the bigger scheme of things, socialism has failed and will continue to fail and by critical decisions made by those of their own deal.

    I don't think you truly believe that. Would you then praise Fortuna while you are at it? You know very well that many perish with the aid of modern medicine and excellent doctors every day but it by the grace of the Living God that you are still on this Earth, dave. And He commands something from you--your praise.

    Do not be scornful towards God and His command. His yoke is easy and His burden is light. He commands for His glory but He has your benefit in mind. For when you acknowledge Him and praise Him, no matter how small the effort, you enter into the next dimension of understanding. I say "dimension" because you cannot understand or comprehend the nature of God in your current mindset. (Ephesians 2:1-8)

    Remember that quote that I told has always kept my belief in God?

    Acknowledge Him, despite how you feel or think. Lean not on your own understanding. Scripture is clear. You will find Him if you seek Him. God is a revelatory being.
