No. If this is a legitimate survey you should be able to set up a temporary account from a non-free provider, preferably an .edu service. As it is it looks like an attempt to mine for email addresses.

By the time we get into COLLEGE we are expected to know how to spell our learning institution's name.

 

This is totally a scam. First of all, if it was real, it would have the name of the University or College it was for.

Secondly, for any survey, it is policy that participants are 1) anonymous and 2) MUST sign an article of understanding that the survey is completely voluntary, that their information will be kept confidential, etc.

Do NOT respond to this. Its just another "clever" ploy to phish for your email.
