1. Hello,

New users on the forum won't be able to send PM untill certain criteria are met (you need to have at least 6 posts in any sub forum).

One more important message - Do not answer to people pretending to be from xnxx team or a member of the staff. If the email is not from forum@xnxx.com or the message on the forum is not from StanleyOG it's not an admin or member of the staff. Please be carefull who you give your information to.

  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

Okay, gang. This is what we're going to do.

    Conditions, rules, and quirks:
All regular site and forum rules and content restrictions apply.

All forms and genres of the written word are acceptable. If your forte is prose, write it. If you prefer some sort of verse, break new ground and enter it.

“Graphic” presentations are not permitted. You may post pics to your story thread after the results of the voting have been announced and writers' identities revealed, but the actual entry to be voted upon must be words only.

When you submit your story, include a list of “theme tags” like those used on http://stories.xnxx.com/. CAW SOP will post them at the beginning of your piece, so they can be used to attract readers to your subject matter.

The title of each story must be followed by “CAW 16”.

You will e-mail your entries to an address provided later, and CAW SOP will post your work as its own thread by title only, with a link in the “Reading Phase”, as in CAW #15.

ALL entries must be submitted as an MS Word or equivalent document. ALL work must be separated into paragraphs (or stanzas) by a double line space – hitting the “enter” key twice. DO NOT use indents, since they are often not recognized by the site software. CAW SOP will not take responsibility for formatting, editing, or proof-reading your work.

Each member (not account) is invited to submit one story written as an individual. Obviously, you can consult with friends about your writing and have someone edit and proofread for you, but an “individual” entry should only have one person claiming ownership.

Partnerships are encouraged but not required. “Team” stories are defined as entries with two or more persons partnering in the writing process and claiming ownership.

To encourage greater participation, we will accept both a “team” entry and an “individual” entry from everyone. In other words, you may submit one “individual” story, or two “team” stories (not necessarily with the same partner), or one of each. This gives people the opportunity to write two stories if they're inspired, and it may increase the total number of entries. It does, however, mean that writers may stretch themselves pretty thin, and will be competing against their own work. Weigh the pros and cons for yourself.

All characters and story lines in your entry must be original. You may not use characters or plots you've written about before, and you may not "borrow" characters or story arcs directly from other writers' work. All major characters must be human, or human in appearance. (We decided to drop the tentacle sex requirement from the Challenge.)

Anonymity is an important condition. The idea is to allow readers to vote for their favorite tale, not their favorite writer. The identity of the entrants is to remain secret until voting has ended and the winning story has been announced. You are encouraged to promote the CAW as a whole, but you are forbidden from promoting your own entry over the others or campaigning for votes for your efforts. If this activity is detected, your entry may be removed at the discretion of CAW SOP. Entries will also be disqualified if they are determined to have come from sock accounts being used to circumvent the conditions stated above or if an entrant's account is banned for violation of site rules.

We will begin accepting entries on May 8, 2013. The deadline for submission of your work is 12:01 am GMT on May 12, 2013. CAW SOP will acknowledge all entries by return e-mail within 48 hours of their receipt. We suggest you request a “read notification” when you submit, if your e-mail service provides it.

A new “Reading Phase” thread will be started by this account as soon as possible after the submission deadline, giving links to all the stories and stating the dates for the “Voting Phase”. The number of days encompassed by each of these will depend on the quantity of entries received, and the number of votes each reader will be asked to cast will be proportional to the size of the reading list.

    Theme: Changes and seasons.

Across the globe, seasons are turning. Winter is slowly making way for the youth of spring in the north, while summer is letting the slightly more mature autumn have her sultry way in the south. Your challenge is to write a story about changes and seasons. This can be the change between seasons of your choice, or it can simply focus on a specific season.

“Season” doesn't have to be weather-related. It can refer to the phases of life – childhood to adulthood to old age, for example.

Your entry may also discuss a major life-change, whether it was a decision made willingly, or circumstances forced upon your character against their will. The changes between jobs, between relationships, between towns.... The possibilities are endless.

So. Either write about the change or the season.... Or both.

Everyone is invited to play. If you've never written and posted anything before, now's your chance. If you have forum buddies who have a way with words and ideas, encourage them. Remember, this is a porn site, but that doesn't mean you have to write a wank story. Some readers have expectations of what they're going to see, which is their right. But you can't please everybody.

So, put on your thinking caps, sharpen your quills, and scribble!

    LET THE GAMES BEGIN.

CAW Hosts - question here to make sure my outlined story will fit.

The story I am considering is one of a young adult female (she has reached her majority) in a near-future time. She is soon to attend the 'graduation dance' which in this future setting is the traditional transition from teen to full adulthood.

It will be of the time going up to the dance, the dance itself and the 'after-dance activities' which tradition has come to demand to be considered an 'official' adult in her culture.

Is the story focusing on only one "season of change' (youth to 'officially an adult' in her culture) acceptable or does more than one 'season' have to be covered?

I ask for this clarification so I know where to focus the time wisely for the writing.

Also - love the theme you two have come up with a great one.

    What you're planning should work.

We're not asking for stories that simply start with "Things change in the spring," and then go off to tell about nothing that involves changes or seasons. Don't just give lip service to the theme.

As CAW SOP, we won't reject a story that we don't think addresses the theme, simply because we won't read the submissions before posting them. It's up to the writer to decide how well readers think the Challenge has been met. We've all been at this long enough to know that different readers use different criteria for casting their vote. Some decide against entries they don't think use the CAW theme, but I don't see any problem with your brief synopsis.

I would think that this published synopsis, of your story, will make it automatically disqualified, for the challenge, as the reader will now know that this is your story and it will not be anonymous. Or did I miss something?

I have an interesting idea for this one and time permitting I may just be giving our other entrants a run for their money. And I promise no Mages as that is my known Forte. This is something I've never tried before.

    Thank you for the clarification.

This will not be a 'lip service' story. It will be of the transition (the change) of the seasons (one stage of life to another). And for all others who may ask, I have not, nor will I, give out more of the story than that.

I learned my lesson from CAW 14.

I just wanted to ensure the basic synopsis for the story was compatible.

Wolf Knight - welcome to the jungle and looking forward to seeing your work, whichever one of the entries it will be.

I have to admit, it will be fun and a challenge trying to estimate whose stories are whose.

None, write the story to fit the theme and rules of the CAW, and present the best tale you can.

If you have any questions, PM CAW SOP or post it on this thread.

Welcome to the CAW and best wishes for some fine writing. The more who join the greater the CAWs become and the more enjoyable for our readers.

CAW Hosts - general suggestion: as the writing phase comes to a close, you may wish to post a reminder of the stories needing to be in MS Word or the like, and the double-spacing between paragraphs.

Chances are fair to good that the writers will remember to do so, but just in case...

Unfortunately, we (hp and wsf) weren't able to discuss this until now, due to our time zone and schedule differences.

Emerson is right, snow. You "blew your cover" with this question, so you'll have to modify your entry in some way, changing the elements you posted publicly. It's unfortunate, but if you re-read our original post, you'll understand our decision.

Sound advice. If you're going to raise a question here, word it so that YOUR story stays secret. Specifics of your own story should not be discussed publicly, but can be addressed in PM to the CAW SOP account. We WANT to foster discussion here, but we need to keep the "conditions, rules, and quirks" in mind.

If anyone feels the need to PM CAW SOP, please know that the account is NOT monitored 24/7, so responses will not be immediate. It may be helpful to copy your PM to both wantsomefun and hornypixy when you communicate with CAW SOP. We're new to this joint-hosting thing.

I'd like to clarify one minor point on the anonymity matter. I have already started working on a story which I had roughly put together for CAW 15 but a possible partner I approached turned it down and he didn't enter the fray. Since then, I have proposed it as a joint venture with someone else but didn't give away too many details as I hoped it might do a turn in CAW 16, which it can easily do. Does this mean I ought to produce it as a team effort, as there are two others out there who know the basic story? Just preferred to clear this up before committing myself to finishing it.

Let me apologize to everyone right now on behalf of hornypixy and our CAW SOP partnership. It's tough to write instructions that cover everything.

We all know that there's no way to keep a complete secret from EVERYONE. If you use a proofreader who's a member of the site, someone else knows what you're writing. If you're in a partnership or are rescuing a story from a failed partnership, your partners know.

The point we're trying to make is that we don't want you to advertise your story. Don't put it in your sig, don't start threads promoting it specifically, don't start a PM campaign with everyone you can think of to tell them to vote for you. Play nice. People seemed to have fun last time with the guessing games, and we think removing the identity of the writer(s) allowed the entries to be better judged on their merits. The chatter after the stories were posted showed a lot of people had no idea who wrote what, which was the whole idea.

Besides, it made us all be more creative in our comments. Everyone had to figure out how to write something nice about their own story without revealing their involvement in the project. More creativity!
