    Don't think I've ruined, but have made more difficult in some ways by accident and not design and inhibited much of my natural desires through over controlling them. Based on my wife's lack of sexual interest rather then walking around with a sustained or uncontrollable hard on (even in my mind) I've through time suppressed my natural desires and urges to the point that I can only get aroused if I will it.
