Did you find him attractive/Do you find other man attractive or did you just want to know what it was like?
Do you think you would want to sleep with him/other men in the future or did you not like it/would rather bring assplay into a relationship with a woman?

If you were just curious and you don't want to keep sleeping with men I would put it down to experimentation as was said above. If you do want to keep having sex with men, well you're not straight but only you can really answer the gay/bi question.
