You can act out your fantasy with cyber sex, if you can find someone who will pretend to be your mom.

If you're a writer, you can also write a story about it to get it out of your system.

As for actually telling your mom, though... I don't know what your family is like, but if it were mine that would fuck things up beyond repair. It would not be worth the risk.

I've fantasized about my sister, but I would never say anything because it would really make family gatherings awkward, even if she was interested also. Telling someone you're attracted to them instantly changes a relationship, even someone that's not a family member, like a coworker or fellow student (whichever stage of life you may be at). Telling someone you're attracted to them, unless you are 100% sure they will accept it and not go nuts, is simply not worth it.

You also said your parents have a healthy marriage. Don't spoil it for them. You might damage things if you told her.

Well, that's my advice. But if you're from a family where it's guaranteed to be accepted, then give it a whirl. With my family, I wouldn't. Think hard about yours.
