More and more people are starting to notice and comment on Trump's mental illness because its the only explanation for his constant lies, contradictions, and just plain old stupidity.

Just look at the Flynn incident which is getting a lot of play right now. First Trump fires Flynn "over a matter of trust." Then Trump turns around and blames the media for firing Flynn. Then he rails against the leaking of the information concerning Flynn. And in about the same breath calls it all "fake news."

No that is way past just stupid. That is mental illness and total detachment from reality.

Shootersa has been very VERY busy today.

But those noting Trump's mental illness are not even saying anything about his looks. They are pointing out his erratic statements and actions.

Psychiatrists Debate Weighing in on Trump's Mental Health

The mental health professionals writing in the Times, however, felt compelled to speak out: “We fear that too much is at stake to be silent any longer.” Susan Radant, a psychoanalyst and clinical psychologist and director of the Seattle Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, says she was motivated to sign by her worries about Trump’s competence, including his emotional stability, integrity and honesty.
“I am hoping this letter will inspire both citizens and, particularly, the Congress to do their jobs,” she wrote in an e-mail, “and step in before our country and the world are permanently damaged.”

Susan Radant is a clinical psychologist in Seattle Washington. So far as anyone can tell, she has never met or had any conversation with President Trump. It is highly improper for a medical professional to attempt to make a diagnosis without an in depth examination. Shooter can only wonder at this Seattle psychologist's motivation.
Certainly it does not appear to be purely professional and likely is motivated by political bend.

In other words, another butt hurt Clinton supporter.

Stop saying Donald Trump is mentally ill when what you mean is that he's a bad person
If you don't know what the Goldwater Rule in psychiatry is, then you need to find out – and abide by it

“The rule is so named because of its association with an incident that took place during the 1964 presidential election,” the APA states. “During that election, Fact magazine published a survey in which they queried some 12,356 psychiatrists on whether candidate Senator Barry Goldwater, the GOP nominee, was psychologically fit to be president. A total of 2,417 of those queried responded, with 1,189 saying that Goldwater was unfit to assume the presidency.”

You can see why Donald Trump makes for irresistible psychiatric fodder. His semi-literate 5am tweets about a former Miss Universe’s sex tapes; quotes like “If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, I’d be dating her” just screaming out for Freudian analysis; reports that one of the first things he asked an international foreign policy expert after becoming President was why the US couldn’t use nuclear weapons as a first response. All these remarks seem – to put it lightly – abnormal for a head of state. So is it the responsibility of psychiatrists to warn us all, before he acts on his words and does something really crazy?

Why yes, a pompous gas bag must be watched carefully lest he do something really dangerous. I mean, admiring your daughter, albeit weirdly, and comments about fat Miss Universe's is a clear indication of mental illness. And Goddam, he used the "N" (nuclear) word.
You know, like blow jobs from interns in the oval office
Or a paranoia about the press making fun of one's ears.
Or treating the very people expected to give their lives to protect yours like morons.

I am seeing more and more psychiatrists and therapists taking these unprecedented steps and sounding the alarm about Trump's mental illness. And their response to criticism of violating the "Goldwater Rule" is there has never been a case where the well being of the nation and the world is at stake.

I started this thread because I had serious concerns, and whether others had similar concerns.
To be honest, I was hoping posts with sources, would be made that would squash my concerns, and give us hope for some semblance of a stable future.
Unfortunately, stability seems to be far from being likely.
    And ........
Unfortunately, thousands of professional healthcare providers who hold a wide array of medical credentials, which I don't have, are voicing the same concerns.

Does the Presidents annual/periodic physical include a psych eval ???

Hell most people would be nuts by now if they had this much shit to stomp through everyday in a pile that keeps getting deeper. I bet a rubber room is sounding pretty good to him right about now.

No the president does not undergo a psychological evaluation. If they did Ronald Reagan would have been removed from office when he was suffering from Alzheimers.

Everyone of you here are resentful of Donald Trump because he is a extremely successful person at what he chose to do in life. While all you people rant and rave about President Trump remember this, everything in life he sets out to accomplish he accomplishes. Even beating out career politicians to win the presidency. If you have any sense at all you will work with him to help improve our country. If President Trump can't do it, no one can and it will be dark days ahead for the average American. We have witnessed the fall of Japan's economy. No one ever thought Japan would fall. Then you have the Soviet Union one of the world's two super powers, their economy tanked, their people suffered tremendously. Sure the elite caused those problems but they did not suffer, they made money. You people better hope President Trump can foil the elite power brokers, if he can't the only people that will suffer will be you. You folk's better read your 20th century history. The elite are leading you right into the slaughter house and you are happily going. President Eisenhower warned us, don't you think it's about time we listened?

The ranting that Trump is insane is just more frothing from the left.
If you carefully read their posts, the sources are irrelevant.

Trump is no crazier than any other politician. But, having the discussion with a Trump unsupporter is no more productive than playing chess with a pigeon.

Hey Mr Smith 36 answer me a very simple question. Who has Trump appointed so far; common people or billionaires? And who are the "elite" you speak of; common people or billionaires like Trump.

And by the way Ace you really should drop the Mr Smith sock and just come back as Ace's N 8's. Because the Mr Smith sock is not only a really stupid glaring hypocritical fool. The Mr Smith sock commits the greatest of all sins on this forum. Its fucking boring.

    Labelled
" unhinged and jaw dropping ,
that's how the #@&%#@# is labeling Trump's latest rantings "
    WOW
didn't expect that to be the headlines on our leading and very reliable
    news service.

I've only seen a little of that ,
news conference was it , or whatever you call it ,
and it was certainly remarkable ,
    for all the wrong reasons.

But "unhinged" , that's a terrible news headline for any world leader.

One can't help but wonder ,
    Where to from here ?

It's official, after that fucking dog and pony shit shows that Trump put on yesterday there is not a single doubt that he is as crazy as ... (you take your pick)

I particularly enjoyed the reporter ripping him to shreads about his electoral college vote count win comment.

Still on his shedevil rants about Hillary.

The fact checkers had a hayday with it and over 50% of what he said was either embellished or a boldfaced lie ...
