  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

You know, 10 years ago I would have said they all probably got there the same way, bad home life, ran away, turned a few tricks, got a habit, started dancing, answered an ad, yada yada.

But these days with the internet, if you have a kink, you can probably find someway to make money off of it. I guess it has probably opened the business up to a whole new group of prospective entrepenaurs. Its hard to believe that the girls working in the specialty niches are not there by choice. Some of them (Dagny, Wifey, Oral Amber) are obviously pros who know exactly what they want.

On the other hand, the generic chics getting used and abused on the discount rack at the video store probably took the old fashioned route (see above).

I think it would be fun to do it for a little while as an investigative journalist, the way Gloria Steinem did it as a Playboy Bunny. And then write a book about it.

But I think I'm too old.

All three of the ladies that I mentioned above are older then you. I suspect you have the right attitude to pull it off. I visualize you as hot, but thats just me.

    writing

Oh so much to say and just how much?
It is often a good idea to develop your characters a little at a time,, mix in some temptation to the sex side..
We are in a group that reads for sex.. A few appreciate good writing and development. It takes a good writer to hold the interest of this group..
Just be sure that you do not make the paragraphs too long. Go back and take out all the extra words and phrases that do not have a good purpose to the story..
I have a good editor for my non-fiction work, and that has taught me a lot of tricks in fiction..
She angers me sometimes by taking a 10 page article and cutting it down to 3 pages.. But when I read carfully the anger goes away.. and I have learned again..

Writing is to be a selfish form of expression.

If you are here for the votes you are in dangerous waters. If people can see it, hear it, read it or taste it they will have an opinion and 99% are in no position to make a call on anything remotely creative. I have been in the creative world for 30 years and trust me on this, if you ain't making waves you're probably dead in the water. I don't know about you but I'm a writer not an author. Don't like my stuff... go read someone else. Write what you like. Enjoy your own stuff. If they make you hot you wrote a good story.

Write the story and just let the sex happen. However, not having any sex in the first two pages might make a lot of readers lose interest and not read any further.

I can't speak for everyone but personally I love reading romance and erotica, so if the prelude to an erotic romance story can build a picture in my mind and draw me into the characters at the beginning with a strong descriptive introduction to the characters , I tend to immerse myself in the story, the concept of girl meets boy or girl meets girl and tears each other's clothes off is only for videos, a good book should build the suspense allowing the reader to be part of the scene.

Even though this post is from 2006 it does seem like fun to bring it back. I agree with bisara above mostly. I myself can get into anything depending on my mood. But I think it's important to remember what site this is. I think the sex should be the focal point. Seems like most people here tend to agree. My favorite writers on here are immersive and believable and take all my senses into the scene. They get to the sex quick and stay there. But to each their own I guess

Most of our stories don't contain graphic sex scenes (a few do though)
When I read a book or watch a movie, I want my mind to fill in the blanks.
A movie like Alien is a good example. Show me the monster, I'll imagine what it does to the crewmen. I don't need blood splatter and guts.
Erotic is much the same. I've had sex in just about every conceivable way a woman and any combination of other humans can have.
I don't need you to give me a (pardon the expression) blow-by-blow description of the events.
Touch my mind with your story telling and put me in the place of the protagonist. My imagination will do the rest.

That's why so many men fail (in my opinion) when trying to write erotica as a woman or from the woman's point of view.
He doesn't know what it feels like or what she's experiencing so he writes women the way a guy wishes women think.
I'm sure I've been fooled a few times but I can usually spot a story written by a man, trying to pass himself off as a woman (same goes for most forum posts)

yeah this is probably how most women feel about it, but I'm just not a typical woman at all lol. I actually love the blow by blow stuff more. I think there are a lot better sites for soft romancy stuff, not to mention book stores. I do agree it's not the best when men try to write as women, but then again women often don't write the crazy content I like. I admit I'm very weird and like extreme dark stuff probably no one else likes. Which is why I gravitate toward men being gross men and writing gross stuff lol. I think I like the wrongness, or the unapologetic way some guys just write whatever they want. I'm weird. Either way, there are way more guys on here than girls, so my opinion will always be the minority anyway. But see this is why it's great to have so many options on here! There's no 1 right answer

Even in the "quickies" I've posted, I've taken at least a few paragraphs to get the characters to the dirty hula. If you rush yourself, you may feel unsatisfied with your efforts. With the way movies go these days, I guess you could always do a "director's cut" for things you had trimmed out in hope of attracting a less patient audience.

I have written exactly one story, albeit in 6 chapters, and only sent it to a couple of people here who, in many ways, inspired it. Given their generally positive reactions, I am considering posting it for all to see, but was having some of the same trepidations others spoke of in this thread. I do feel that, one, you can’t please everybody, and, two, you should write because you get something out of it other than the potential appreciation of other forum members.

      I say post it.
Have you seen some of the shit that gets posted here?
If you use punctuation and paragraphs it's already better than 75% of the submissions.

Lol, and let’s not even mention spelling…. I’m French, so I’m also feeling a bit nervous about writing in English, but I also feel obligated to do the best job I can with the language.

I'd say about 98% of the stories in the forum are by people who use English as their primary language and they are still undecipherable.
Having a basic grasp of the English language is considered elitist now days.
