It is a fiction invented by porn purveyors, some women produce a lot of lubricant during sex and a contraction during orgasm can give the impression of 'ejaculation', also some lose control of the bladder giving a similar impression.

But 'ejaculation' is the preserve of men and requires some bits women don't have like a prostate gland.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it IS possible, I can do it. It is a very mental along with physical thing. Yes, you do feel like you are going to pee, but its not, don't hold back, it will dribble at first, and the more comfortable you become with it you can "push" and make it squirt. I don't know if its the same for all women ( i am assuming its not) but strong clittoral stimulation is what works for me best, and then g-spot is the next best.
