Shouts the headline from Yahoo News. It turns out that Trump invited Time Magazine to tour the White House, and then treated them to dinner in the "blue room".

And what, one wonders, did the 3 reporters who attended the tour and dinner come away with, that just absolutely, positively, had to be reported to their anxious public?

The President is bestowed with a Diet Coke while other diners are stuck with water.

What’s more, Mr Trump appears to be served “Thousand Island dressing” instead of the “creamy vinaigrette for his guests”. The former reality TV star is also given an “extra dish of sauce” to accompany his chicken.

But it was the ice cream revelation which garnered the most discussion on Twitter with people relishing in mocking the President for his extra scoop.

“Big boy gets two scoops for having a big boy day!” quipped US writer K Thor Jensen.

“I never understood why anyone would submit themselves to the endless hassles of being president. Now I get it,” chipped in journalist Aaron Sankin.

“Double ice cream; Double cake? What is trump? Nine years old?” said Dave Firth.

Of course they write about trivial matters like this, what else can they write about when donnie himself treats the journos like shit.

Good on 'em I say.....once donnie puts on his big boy pants and heads his own press conferences instead of sending in his lackies to speak for him, then maybe they might show him some respect.

When he shows them an inkling of respect and doesn't ban them from the press conferences with the Russian Ambassador.

If he hasn't got the bottle to front the US press then how is he going to survive when he travels to other countries and has to face the international press.

If back then when Barry O was the Prez. and he hid from the press like donnie does now then we would have never hear the end of it.
