I have to laugh at people who try and lie and say President Obama's plan is not working in the face of overwhelming evidence that President Obama's plan is crushing ISIS right now.

President Obama's first and foremost plan was to not send ground troops into Syria and get us into another debacle like Iraq. And the second part of President Obama's plan was to tell Iraq and others that the US will help but the only real solution is Iraq and their partners must step up and fight their own battles which is also working.
