I don't speak for everyone who prefers little or no hair, only myself:

I prefer little or no hair when performing cunnilingus because hair tends to get in the way, and, in general, I don't like getting hair in my mouth, whether during cunnilingus or just by happenstance. I also tend to think that little or no hair is aesthetically pleasing, just as much as getting a hair cut is usually aesthetically preferable to letting it go wild. The majority of people like shaved pussy not because of "pubescent looking" but because it is clean.
