I wouldn't say my brother-in-law was my best friend, but our second son definitely looks like one of his cousins. Right now it seems like the latter.

I can understand the desperation and sense of hopelessnes which might come from wanting a child and not being able to conceive, however there are lots of options open which don't involve your wife having sex with someone else, least of all your best friend.

Those options seem far more sensible and less fraught with very real possibility of the whole thing going shit shaped.
