    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Thanks. About a year ago I posted my stories. Probably just before the new rule come in. This is my 6th post though so I’ll see if I can login to sex stories in a couple of days.

      It may take a day or two, but I’d suggest logging out of XNXX Forum, wait a few minutes then log back in. After that, it’s a matter of waiting for the server(s) to reset and let you back on the Stories site.

    If you really want to elevate this site and transform it into an extraordinary, and user-friendly site... I would like to see a filter option that allows you to narrow down stories by being able to select multiple themes. For example if you wanted to read stories about "massage" you could click on that theme, then if you wanted "massage" stories that also had "male/female" you could filter it so you had the stories that contained both. Then you could further narrow down to just "massage" stories with "male/female" and "oral sex". This would be very helpful to get stories more specific to your interests without having to scroll through so many stories in which you are not interested. If you really wanted to make this feature extraordinary you could also select and filter out to exclude themes you don't want. In the above example: "massage"; "male/female"; "oral sex"; exclude stories with: "rape"; "torture". I find myself often wishing this site had this feature. Thank you for considering it.

    Hi, I'm a bit confused because I'm still new here, but I uploaded the first part of a story I wrote recently a few days ago. I don't know if it actually posted or not? I spent a while looking through the 'new stories' section of the site but couldn't find my story. Also, when I look at 'my stories' it says my story is in 'edit mode' I'm just confused if maybe I'm doing something wrong or if I skipped some kind of unknown step? Hope it's ok to ask here! :)

      When you submit a story to the site, it takes a few days before it’s published. You can always publish it here in the Sex Stories thread, if you want to get quicker feedback.

    Oh that makes sense! I don't suppose you know how long it usually takes for a story to get published? Also I like the idea of posting a story directly to the forum too, am I able to do both options or is that not allowed? Thanks again

      The exact amount, no. It depends on how often the folks who verify stories visit the queue. And yes, you can post to both locations.

      BTW, try using Comment, like this. Just makes you look like you have a handle on the Forum usage.

    1) how come I see a like button on some post and not others?

    2) on your profile page where it says homepage is that where I would put my Twitter link

      1) When your Message count is high enough, you’ll see the Like icons. Also, you have to be logged in to use the Like icons.
      2) You could, though I’d advise against it. The Site Rules indicate they do not tolerate advertising competing sites. What I would suggest is offering it in a PM if requested.

    Most of us are volunteers who enjoy creating sites but remember we do this in our free time and stuff like holidays or family get-togethers take priority.

    I ran several dead boards now as ADMIN. and MOD. When we have server issues or such, we can't always fix them overnight but we do our best because it comes out of our pockets and myself I'm on disability. Something as basic as electricity costs.

    We are not complaining but just making a point is all.

    I'm not an official MOD. but I do monitor posts and such.

      If you look, and gee… pay attention, the four columns are:

      Start Date ~~ Last Message ~~ Replies ~~ Views

      Each can be sorted newest to oldest or oldest to newest. With that in mind, Last Message listed newest to oldest would be the bane of your existence and cause of your angst.

      First, you did NOT indicate you were referring to the stories site versus here in the Forum. So, yes I am referring to something else.

      Second, on the stories site when an author updates or edits one of their previously published stories, it is put back in the verification queue for review. Once approved, it gets placed in the Latest Sex Stories listing because… it is the latest edition of that story.

      Yeah, seems like a bit of b/s, but that’s how the site coding is set up. It does not look at a previously published date.

    I just posted my first story, but it's stuck in edit mode even after I selected publish. Do I just wait now until it's validated? I tried resubmitting it with a slightly different title (publishing first with no editing) but the same thing happened...

    What do I do if I am just an old guy with a lot of things rattling around in my noggin but no training in layout and punctuation?
    I write as I speak and being a Mechanic for over forty years I offend a lot of stuffed shirts that have never gotten down and dirty in the belly of a Gradeall or a D-9!
    and at 66 I am not going to learn any new tricks just to please some grammar geek!
    Either you like my stories or you don't, I don't care, but I like to share some of my living expenses and fanatics!
    so do you have a section for everyday people not some stuffed shirt?

      If you want you stories to be read then it's on you to make them readable. If you don't then why bother posting in the first place?
