There’s-- there is a difference, actually. But the unemployment and employment numbers for African Americans are the best we’ve ever had. You know, we just-- came up with a chart, and it was a very important to number to me. African American youth has the highest, by far, unemployment. The best unemployment numbers that they’ve ever had. And the best employment numbers. Right now we have almost 160 million people working in the United States, and we’ve never even been close to that, Joe.

Now, we see that the only mention of Medicare or social security comes when Joe interrupts the president to ask about them, and Trump finishes answering the original question.

Now, what Trump said was "we're going to look", which the media immediately translated into "trump is coming for your social security at the end of the year"

And, mr. Ex newspaper editor, you of all people should know what a fucking lie that whole media propaganda campaign is.

In order to be a Trump supporter people like @shootersa have to share in Trump's psychosis, literally suspend disbelief, and deny reality even when it is in black and white or in our case white and blue. @shootersa even posted the proof himself where Trump says he is looking at cutting "entitlements" and the legal definition of "entitlements" are Social Security and Medicare. Anyone who wants to can just look at this thread and see that is clearly proven. But sharing in Trump's psychosis @shootersa continues to try and deny that clear and obvious reality. Because to @shootersa Trump is The Chosen One and infallible.

 

To Shooter Trump was the only alternative to putting a career, crooked criminal politician in the white house.
If you want trump out of office, put someone up who can beat him.

Economic activity shrank in eight U.S. states and was stagnant in three others during the fourth quarter, according to the latest data from the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

West Virginia’s economy contracted the most, while a decline in neighboring Pennsylvania was among the worst in the nation, based on state coincident economic indexes released by the regional Fed bank on Wednesday. While gauges increased in 39 states, a measure of economic activity for the nation as a whole fell to 62 at the end of the fourth quarter, the lowest reading since 2010.

A faltering economic outlook in Pennsylvania may play a role in President Donald Trump’s re-election bid. While employment increased in the Keystone State over the past three months, the unemployment rate increased significantly and average hours worked in manufacturing decreased.

Economies in Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Vermont also declined compared with three months earlier. The three-month diffusion index now shows the greatest number of states contracting since the recession.

Nonetheless, the state-level figures are more volatile than national data, and single events, such as hurricanes, plant shutdowns, or temporary swings in demand for a particular product, can have outsize effects on those economies. The longest-running expansion on record is not expected to end soon, according to the consensus of economists surveyed by Bloomberg.

The coincident indexes combine four state-level indicators to summarize current economic conditions with a single statistic. The four state-level variables are payroll employment, average hours worked in manufacturing by production workers, the unemployment rate, and inflation-adjusted wages and salaries.
