    1. Bin Laden was assassinated. It doesn’t matter how you want to candycoat the event. The rest of your point is, as you so delicately put it, spew.

    2. I can’t help your wilful blindness. That’s not my delusion. Ask any non-American on this board why they think that plane was shot down. I’m pretty confident they’ll come to the same conclusion.

    3. Don’t put words in my mouth. Use the simple facts instead, any debate will go better for you.

    4. Perhaps I wasn’t clear. Soleimani had TWICE worked as an ally or in tandem with the US. Once when the first US boots landed in Afghanistan attacking the Taliban, and once when the training and arming and supporting of the Kurds began.

So yes, actually, he was considered to be an effective and powerful character in the middle eastern theatre, and respected by the key players operating there at the time. Maybe popular wasn’t the right word. If you doubt that’s true, I suggest you watch the CBC’s documentary on the man. Lots of your commanding staff are forthcoming about their experiences and involvement with Soleimani. It’s very enlightening.

In the places I go most of us just call her MAGA Haberman. Just one of the worst kind of WH press corp hacks.

NYT’s Haberman busts Trump for shamelessly inflating his poll numbers

*I check Trump's approval rating on Real Clear Politics quite often and I watch Rasmussen the closest. Because that is not only the most friendly poll Trump is going to get its also the most reactionary. If it even looks like Trump did something right he usually jumps 3 or more points in Rasmussen overnight. But this time Trump got a China trade agreement signed and NAFTA 2.0 has passed. Those really are some of Trump's biggest accomplishments so far as pitiful as that is. But today at least Trump is still -3 in Rasmussen. And I think that is a bad sign.

    https://www.rasmussenreports.com/pu...p_administration/trump_approval_index_history

**Just so utterly and fucking painfully worthless. This is supposed to be a New York Times Reporter whose beat just happens to be the most corrupt White House and President in US history. Facing the most serous impeachment charges in history. And nothing but a mad king dictator surrounded by stupid and ignorant (two different things) sycophants that just nearly took us to fucking war. All epic and historical events that MAGA is determined not to get to the bottom of any of them. So she fires off just enough of a snide little tweet to pretend she's not a MAGA but wont hurt her access to the WH and Trump.

$10,000 cost for each man, woman, and child in the US.

That's the cost of health care in the US today.

Where is that money coming from?

I was wondering when the Biden Campaign would start playing their aces in the hole. What Trump and the Republicans have been trying to accuse him of isn't just wrong. Its actually impossible because the timelines don't match up. So they must have figured the best time to hit Trump and the Republicans with it was when the most people would be watching.

Hillary Viciously Attacks Bernie: ‘No One Likes Him,’ He’s Done Nothing
Posted at 8:30 pm on January 21, 2020 by Nick Arama

Hillary Clinton is definitely some piece of work.

After what she did to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) during the 2016 primary, she should be begging his forgiveness forever. The DNC favoring her prior the nomination was a huge scandal before their convention and caused the resignation of the DNC head, Debbie Wasserman Schultz and a protest by the Bernie folks at the convention.

Despite all that, Sanders managed to put that aside and threw his support to Clinton, even campaigning for her to beat Donald Trump.

Now, Hillary Clinton is viciously attacking Sanders just as he’s surging in the polls against Biden and Warren. She made the remarks in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter and in her new Hulu documentary. As we reported earlier, she also took the opportunity to excuse herself when it came to Harvey Weinstein, saying there was no way anyone could have known about his alleged sexual assault actions.

She claimed Bernie was unlikeable and hadn’t done anything in Congress for all the years he was there.

    According to ABC:

“He was in Congress for years. He had one senator support him. Nobody likes him, nobody wants to work with him, he got nothing done,” Clinton said in the documentary. “He was a career politician. It’s all just baloney and I feel so bad that people got sucked into it.”

Clinton would not pledge to support Sanders if he won the 2020 Democratic nomination citing the wide Democratic field and concerns about Sanders’ online supporters, calling them “Bernie Bros.”

“I’m not going to go there yet. We’re still in a very vigorous primary season,” Clinton said. “I will say, however, that it’s not only him, it’s the culture around him. It’s his leadership team. It’s his prominent supporters. It’s his online ‘Bernie Bros’ and their relentless attacks on lots of his competitors, particularly the women. And I really hope people are paying attention to that because it should be worrisome that he has permitted this culture — not only permitted, [he] seems to really be very much supporting it.”

That last part about attacks on women is trying to milk the Elizabeth Warren claim that Sanders supposedly said a woman couldn’t win the presidency.

“If it were a one-off, you might say, ‘OK, fine.’ But he said I was unqualified. I had a lot more experience than he did, and got a lot more done than he had, but that was his attack on me,” Clinton said. “I just think people need to pay attention because we want, hopefully, to elect a president who’s going to try to bring us together, and not either turn a blind eye, or actually reward the kind of insulting, attacking, demeaning, degrading behavior that we’ve seen from this current administration.”

Boy, isn’t that a case of projection? Clinton is possibly the most unliked candidate ever who seriously had difficulty naming anything she’d actually achieved.

In response, Sanders said his wife liked him and he was concentrating on impeachment. Asked further why he thought Clinton was still talking about the 2016 election, Sanders replied: “That is a good question. Ask her.”

It’s pretty transparent and pretty vile, especially how he put his feelings aside to support her. She’s pulling out the stops to do him in, again, likely to help Warren.

But it’s Hillary Clinton, once again demonstrating why she’s unlikeable, why she lost and “what happened.”

All Hillary has is reliving the 2016 election and what "coulda, woulda, shoulda" been.
Just like the despicables, they keep reliving the election and what "coulda, woulda, shoulda" been.

The thing is, reliving the past doesn't get one ready for the future.
Which, in this case, probably includes another 4 years of President Trump.

'Guillotine the rich': Sanders staffer says he's ready for armed 'revolution'
Video shows man identified as 'paid' South Carolina field organizer

Project Veritas has apparently snared another pro-Soviet, pro-gulag Bernie Sanders campaign staffer, this one saying in a hidden-camera video released Tuesday that he was ready to “get armed” for the “revolution” and musing about sending Republicans to “reeducation camps.”

The footage featured a man identified as “paid” South Carolina field organizer Martin Weissgerber was posted a week after the release of video featuring radical Iowa field organizer Kyle Jurek, part of the undercover journalism outfit’s #Expose2020 series.

In the video, Mr. Weissgerber described himself as a communist and said that he was in contact with groups that planned to hold mass “yellow-vest” protests like those that have roiled France if Mr. Sanders loses.

“I’m already on Twitter, following numerous groups around the country that are ready to organize yellow-vest protests,” he said over a beer at a restaurant. “I mean, I’m ready. I’m ready to start tearing bricks up and start fighting. I’m no cap, bro. I’ll straight up get armed, I want to learn how to shoot and go train. I’m ready for the f**ing revolution, bro.”

Mr. Weissgerber added, “I’m telling you. Guillotine the rich.”

No comment necessary, Biden speaks for himself
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tom Homan hits back at Biden for remark on illegal immigrants arrested for DUI: He's 'lost his mind'

Former Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan said Wednesday that Joe Biden has "lost his mind," calling out the former vice president for saying that the United States should not deport illegal immigrants over a drunk-driving arrest.

Biden also threatened ICE with punishment if the agency were to deport illegal immigrants arrested for drunk driving, saying his administration would fire agents who arrest and deport illegal immigrants for such a crime.
“They go off to school wondering whether their mom comes and picks them up, is she not going to be there because an ICE agent was there to arrest her,” Biden told Vice News on Monday.

The 2020 Democratic front-runner added, “You’re going to get fired, you’re fired if in fact you do that. You only arrest for the purpose of dealing with a felony that’s committed and I don’t count drunk driving as a felony.”

“He was in Congress for decades. He knows how this works. There is no prerequisite, you commit any crime to be removed from the United States if you’re here illegally. That is the way the law is written in statute,” Homan, a Fox News contributor, said on “Fox & Friends First.”
“If he doesn’t like what ICE is doing then he can change the law, but you cannot fire a law enforcement officer to enforcing the law that he took an oath to enforce, a law that was enacted by Congress. It is a ridiculous statement.”

He then referenced what it was like when he ran a national program for ICE and Biden was vice president.
“I oversaw [the] removal of one million illegal aliens, over 100,000 of them were DUI convictions and many didn’t have any convictions at all, they were just here illegally so his tune has totally changed,” Homan said. “We didn’t hear a peep from him back when he was vice president on this issue.

“But the bottom line is law enforcement officers are going to enforce laws they took an oath to enforce and laws are clear and we’re going to arrest and remove illegal aliens whether they have a conviction or not,” he continued. “If they’ve had their due process, an immigration judge says they got to leave, they’re going to be arrested and leave. What other law enforcement agency ignores a judge’s order? None and neither is ICE.”
Anchor Heather Childers then pointed out the breakdown of state drunk-driving laws. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), some states, including New Jersey, do not classify impaired driving offenses as a criminal offense, while others, like California and Pennsylvania, consider driving while intoxicated a misdemeanor. If someone is convicted of multiple offenses of DUI, some states charge an offender with a felony, according to NCSL.

On Wednesday, Homan also reacted to statistics from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that found that 29 people in the United States die every day in motor vehicle crashes that involve an alcohol-impaired driver.
“That’s over 10,000 a year, this is a huge public safety threat, whether it’s a misdemeanor or felony, it’s a public safety threat where over 10,000 lives a year are lost,” Homan said. “ICE is going to enforce this law. If he doesn’t like it and he becomes president he can try to convince Congress to change it, but the way Congress is acting right now, they’re not going to fix anything or do anything.”

Bloomberg Campaign Manager Says Trump Should Win Reelection
Posted at 6:00 pm on January 22, 2020 by T.LaDuke

    I’m Angry.

Occasionally stories come out from political types that you just have to sit back and marvel about. Yet I’m not so sure of this one being it smells like a bit like a trap.

Mike Bloomberg’s campaign manager was quoted as saying as of right now Trump should win reelection. Which begs the question than why is your guy in this race and also not running in the other states than the Super Tuesday. Some of those answers are below.

Michael Bloomberg’s campaign manager conceded President Trump was on the precipice of reelection, complimenting his team’s 2020 strategy.

Kevin Sheekey, who steered the billionaire media mogul and philanthropist to victory in his three New York City mayoral races, praised his Trump campaign counterpart, Brad Parscale, during an interview with Fox News.

“Brad is not running a national campaign. Brad is running a campaign in six states, and he’s doing that exceptionally well. And right now, if the election was held, I think President Trump probably is reelected. And that’s one of the reasons Mike Bloomberg got into this campaign,” Sheekey said late Monday, referring to Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Kevin is 100% correct that Trump does need to win those states listed above. In Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin the grand total of those three states combined of victory for the President was less than 80k. That is a very thin margin and Trump-Pence 2020 cant afford to lose any of them this time around. So putting a focus on those areas does make sense strategy-wise.

However, he goes on to verbally whip the Democrats in the race for focusing on Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina while team Bloomberg ignores those states and focuses on Super Tuesday. Those fifteen states hold their contests on March 3rd and in complimenting Trump and criticizing their opponents for doing more one on one with smaller states just seems odd to me.

Also, the rumor floating around that Bloomberg will commit up to two billion dollars to defeat Trump, Kevin pours a Lil bit of cold water on. This part I believe is pure deflection.

Bloomberg is worth an estimated Fifty to Sixty billion dollars and him spending two billion out of that will not make him lose any sleep. In fact, I’m pretty sure Bloomberg is not actually trying to win the Democratic nomination but lay the groundwork for an independent run and he is testing the ground in these Super Tuesday states.

    Particularly Texas.

Just a couple of weeks ago he did his three-day bus tour through the state with Judge Judy which was a dud. However, if he could tip enough GOP votes out of Texas to allow the Democrat to win the 38 electoral votes that will make it very hard for Trump to win the Presidency. Yet any of those Super Tuesday states could make the Trump team focus on more than those six listed above.

When political operatives come with words of praise always beware and look to see what they are bringing.

    Almost always, it is trouble

PLEASE CLAP 2.0: Pete Buttigieg Asks Silent Iowa Crowd to Applaud

    Jan 22, 2020
    By

    Richard Moorhead
    [IMG]

Pete Buttigieg appeared to be taking a page from Jeb Bush’s 2016 Presidential campaign on Tuesday, resorting to asking members of a silent Iowa crowd to “come on” when they declined to respond to his campaign talking points with enthusiasm.

Video of the cringeworthy interaction is sure to elicit comparison to Bush’s “please clap” moment.

It’s unclear if Mayor Pete’s seemingly disinterested audience realized they were intended to applaud at the moment Buttigieg finished rattling off his prepackaged set of vague inspirational talking points. After being spurred by Buttigieg, they did meet the cue, however.

Buttigieg has stalled in recent weeks, as the once golden boy has drawn criticism for his comfortable relationships with billionaire oligarchs and the political elite. In particular, Buttigieg has been blasted for hosting a tasteless fundraiser in a billionaire-owned California “wine cave."
Mayor Pete does still poll strongly in Iowa, and his weakness with Black voters makes it imperative that he finish with a first or second place finish in the February caucuses. Buttigieg has also lost some support to Mike Bloomberg, making it clear that at least some of his core constituency in the primary are susceptible to being bought off by a deluge of propaganda unmatched in modern American political history.

Judging from the lukewarm response of Iowa voters to his focus-group tested schpiel, reciting scripted talking points in an attempt to become the next Obama won’t quite cut it.

His campaign may go down in history as a more impressive showing than that of Jeb Bush’s flop, but his request for campaign speech applause may suggest that his message isn’t all that different

This is good news...spend billions, the more the merrier.

A couple of billion dollars added to an already thriving economy is exactly what is needed.

Yet it will prove to be an unsuccesful driven political agenda..
