She is not a criminal, she has not been convicted of any felony. Sasha Grey was chosen to read to kids because she was on a list of people who have been in mainstream movies/TV, and that list did not show any porn experience. Sasha Grey has had a number of non-porn gigs, including HBO's Entourage, so she was presented as a mainstream actress, not a porn star.

People's horrror with ex-pornstars (or current) interacting with the general public is ridiculous! Porn is a legal business, one of the biggest industries on the internet. Its customers include at least half the general public, and the people who make it are real people, just like you and me.

 

So let me get this straight. the good citizens of Compton are concerned about an ex-porn star reading to a class in a very appropriate manner?

And did the parents sued? Are any of the kids mentally abused now? The kids go behind the school during recess and afterschool and start screwing like rabbits?
