I am gonna ask my g.f to shave... I know shes never done it before... are there any tips... or advice you could give from experience.. or is it just straight out shaving, with no complications...

tips on, how to ask her to do it, would also be appriciated.. I don't wanna insult her current couch or something.. or have her blow off the idea.. out of embarrassment(shes a little shy)

OK tell her how much nicer you think she'd look, how much longer you could spend licking her pussy, how much fun it would be to do it together - suggest she does yours at the same time, and then spend a couple of hours in a hot bath together and see where it leads!

If her hair is really long she should trip it quite short before shaving. Then use a sharp razor and hair conditioner while shaving. Follow up with aftershave or a good moisturizer.

Shaving is a lot of upkeep though, and if she isn't all for it she might not be willing to keep it up.

Does she do anything with her pubic hair at all or is she just totally natural?
If she doesn't, then maybe you should try asking her to trim first, and then when she gets comfortable with that then telling her that she looks really good trimmed but that she would look even better shaved.

It's probably just the fact that she isn't comfortable completely around you yet - even though you might think she is and she would probably deny not being comfortable.
Even after I was dating my now fiancee for almost a year we both were never completely comfortable around each other. I used to be very self conscious about things such as hairy legs, etc. But now if I don't shave, I tell him, and it doesn't bother me as much.

....another tip is to use warm water...ideally you want the whole pubic area to have been immersed in water, like a bath or something. If not, what I do is get a bowl of warm/hot water, and a small towel that I soak and apply to her mound to get the hair wet and the skin soft and supple!
