Their issuing credit cards to illegals who don't even have a SS#

I can see why that might be a problem for Bank of America...but I'm not sure why it should be a problem for me.

 

Really if terrorists want to get into the country they'll get in even if they don't have a BofA Card!!! Not getting a card would never stop it....

Bank of America is along with Wells Fargo are going to start issuing credit cards (without them having to have any social security number) to illegal aliens the ones who are trying to and all that are already here in America from jumping the boarders ,,That could mean a real easy way for terrorist to accomplish much needed finances to acquire weapons and what ever else they might need to harm the Americans here in on our turf sounds not true,, just listen to the Fox news , before we as Americans use to have to have a very good form on ID to get any type of credit card period, I mean if its allowed for any one to acquire credit from any company with out proper ID's,,hell, we are moving to less security. I know why Bank Of America and Wells Fargo are doing this ,its cause of being money hungry bastards who want all the profits more later when I find out more,,,,,,,,

 

Anyone working and spending in our country without a vaild SS# is working tax free. That means we are paying taxes to support them when they are in need of social services.
I still can't understand how we can have illegals here and permit companies to employ them. Ok we screwed up and they got in illegally, now that they are here either deport them or give them a SS# and have them pay taxes like the rest of us.

 

Even if I agreed with all that, what does having a credit card have to do with it? The questions are, (1) do we allow them to be here in the first place, and (2) do we allow employers to hire them? If banks want to give them credit, that's their lookout.

 

We are allowing people to live in our country without contributing to the maintenance of our society. This puts the burden on the rest of us to pay the bill.

They are also working illegally so they are not protected by our minimum wage or employment laws. This is establishing a lower class of people in a country where we are all supposed to be equal. Our ancestors worked and fought hard to establish decent working conditions for everyone and get away from the sweat shops. We can't loose sight of our past.

Many employers take advantage of the "illegals" making them work in dangerous jobs and paying substandard wages. When they get hurt the dump them outside the hospital ER and drive away.

Banks providing credit to illegals just reinforces the wrong we are allowing to happen in our society.

 

Well, if you want to make that kind of an argument, you shouldn't allow McDonalds to sell hamburgers to illegal immigrants either. This has nothing to do with immigration policy, or whether illegal immigration is a good or a bad thing. This is simply a business doing business.
