I doubt it. I think he's just an angry man in a lot of personal pain and anguish who wants to make others suffer too.

No. One of several things will happen;

a) He'll say something so bothersome he'll get banned anyhow.

b) He'll get tired of harrassing us if he doesn't continue to get the responses he's seeking.

c) He'll find some other hobby like torturing flies or stealing crutches and walkers.
