2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

Best regards,

Thank you for posting HardHead

Trent Wisecup, chief of staff to Rep '07

So here is Wisecup's view on what is "pro" and "anti" American......

• It’s un-American to use bullying, gotcha political tactics .....
• It’s un-American to use stalking and harassment as a means to score cheap political points.
• True Americans make their political arguments with vigor, honor and pride.
It's been distressing to watch the emergence of the media's permanent -- preferred -- state of trivial pursuit and the suddenly open assumption that trivia, often in the name of process, is just as important and noteworthy as actual news.

The trend has been impossible to escape, and even some journalists have acknowledged it. But they've suggested that it simply reflects our sped-up, lightning-fast media landscape and that new technology is forcing reporters and pundits to make instant calculations and premature political pronouncements.

Baloney. There hasn't been some sort of technological media revolution since President Bush left office in January, a revolution that's forced the Beltway press corps to act in a dramatically different, and in some cases almost unrecognizable, fashion. (Twitter existed while Bush was in office, correct?) It's just that the Beltway press corps has chosen to act in a dramatically different, and hyper-caffeinated, fashion in order to cover the new Democratic White House.

Others in the press have blamed the paucity of hard news coming from the White House, claiming that's what has forced reporters to dwell on trifling events. But that cop-out doesn't fly either, because the Obama White House is no more tight-lipped than the previous one. Yet faced with an uncooperative (Republican) White House for most of this decade, journalists didn't resort to trolling for trivia the way they do today. Indeed, the current brand of never-ending trivial pursuit represents an entirely new, and completely voluntary, media phenomenon.

No this is a Republican who was heavily and rightfully criticized for stirring up hate, discontent and character assassination during the campaign and people pointing what a despicable level he allowed his campaign to sink to.

Don't forget while John McCain was saying this out of one side of his face his campaign kept up the slurs, lies and inciting people to derogatory terms and calls of "terrorist" and "kill him" through Sarah Palin.

You and I am being honest.

My attitude about the Communist movement is more ambivalent than I would expect yours to be. I share many of the values the Soviet Union was built on, and respect the achievements of the Soviet government, even while believing that most of these achievements could have been achieved by a democratic government with less of a human cost.

I like the American Communist Party. I have liked every member of that organization that I have ever known. People have not joined the CPUSA over the years because they liked Joe Stalin's slave labor camps and mass graves. At the time most refused to believe these existed for the same psychological reasons many Republicans refuse to acknowledge that President Obama was born in the United States. They joined because they opposed aspects of the American economy and society that I agree with them are unjust, or have been in the past.

And how would that be any different than Democratic Representative Rangel, on September 22, 2005 stating "George Bush is our Bull Conner."

http://www.nysun.com/national/president-bush-is-our-bull-connor-harlems-rep/20495/

Bull Conner being considered a symbol of bigotry and Southern racism. Referring to someone as "our Bull Conner" has no positive connotations.

So you are basically stating that the Republicans were running a good cop/bad cop platform during the elections, with McCain being the good cop, and Palin being the bad cop?

So doing things to keep you from flying out of a car, not using products that cause cancer, letting people express their sexuality, not having a loud ass Harley, not cutting down trees, being a bird, enjoying a hike in the woods, letting fish be fish....

All that is bad?

No the government mandating it to law is bad because its just a tool to make money with. Take the fish they have bi catch laws , quota's zones to fish and not to fish problem is all the commercial fishermen around the world lie about the catch . Its essayer to stop certain fish from being sold in our market and restaurants. problem is we still cant make another country enforce the rules. Take tobacco I smoke cigars thats my problem my life insurance is higher because of it and the tobacco company's are paying the government now for the health issue but its not your right to tell me not to smoke. Would you want to see me grouping Mrs toad on TV in front of your kids ? I don't think so. Now the Harley when I first bought it I could not Evan here the motor until I switched the exhaust tips mine is Half loud I only like open pipes when at a drag strip or race track . Point is Cal/NJ motor vehicle code doesn't permit anything but stock unless passed by CARB. I used to ride off road I pay taxes but there are so few legal spots to ride it ridiculous, save the trees save the Forrest but give everyone a space outdoors Evan if you don't approve of what they do.Roadtoad:)

"symobl of bigotry and Southern racism"...........
• During his 2000 (in 1999 and 2000) Primary campaign for the Presidency, Bush drummed up support from his racist buddies at good ol' Bob Jones University. You know. The one that banned interracial dating and declared on its website that the Catholic Church is a minion of Satan.
• In addition, Bush nominated for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, CA state Judge Carolyn B. Kuhl who is pushing to reinstate the undeserved tax-exempt status of the blatantly racist Bob Jones University. Isn't that nice.
• Despite pleas from civil rights leaders, Bush boycotted the United Nations conference on racism.
• George W. Bush beat John McCain in the 2000 South Carolina primary after what Newsweek called a smear campaign' of leaflets, e-mails and telephone calls calling attention to the McCains' 'black child'(an adopted daughter from Bangladesh).
• Southern Exposure magazine published an article documenting "a questionable relationship between Bush and far right neo Confederate groups." For example: "Bush is listed as a donor to the Museum of the Confederacy, based in Richmond, Virginia, as a supporter of the Museum's annual ball - an event held in a slave hall, which has drawn fire for its celebration of the Southern Confederacy." Also, "a letter on Texas Governor stationary, dated January 1, 1996, shows Gov. Bush congratulating the 100th anniversary of the United Daughters of the Confederacy - a group known for glorifying the Confederate past."
• Bush has shown indifference to the issue of the confederate flag flying atop the South Carolina Capital building sticking the issue into the "states' rights" bin, the same argument used to rationalize the right to own slaves.
• According to Ralph G. Neas, President of People For the American Way, "It is more important that the White House and GOP leaders make a break not only with the segregationist past but with their policies and actions that continue to undermine civil rights protections in America today. This includes especially the efforts by Bush to pack the federal judiciary with states' rights ideologues."

You samantha james are a dumb slag....people in Oz are questioning global warming but not because they don't believe it as most here do, what they're or some of them are concerned about is how much it's going to cost to start doing things greener.

You samantha james are a typical dumb fuck who only thinks about themselves, just like the last PM of Oz John Howard. If little johnnie had started to prepare us for a greener future 12 years ago when he first came into power then the worry of how much it's going to cost us now wouldn't be so much of a concern.

Oz could have been the world leaders in the solar and wind industry, but due to our slackness we are way behind the eight ball. Even Scandinavian countries are are more advanced than us when it comes to solar and wind.

All john howard did for Oz in his 12 yrs was to sell off our infrastructure ie, Telecom, he allowed the states to sell their Gas and Electric companies to the highest bidders, he did his utmost to destroy our public health system and the worst thing he did to Oz was to make our citizens targets for terrorist attacks.

Pull your head out of you arse samantha james.

I have difficulty believing that Samatha James is an Australian. I thought only Americans were so ignorant and virulent. I suspect that Samatha James lives in some swamp in the deep south of the United States.

We do have some dumb buggers here as well DL, they're not all confined to the US ;). What she said would be a typical answer from a follower of the ex PM John Howard, he was one of George W's coalition of the willing, Howard and Blair were racing each other to see who could get the furthest up W's arse.

If you weren't afraid you wouldn't be so hostile and pissed off all the time and also see massive conspiracies everywhere. See what ever straws you want to grasp at is fine with me. But don't try and insult my intelligence by trying to claim you actually know what you're talking about.

Thank you Magpie I could not have said it better myself.

You are missing the point here. You show a Democrat who stands up and protects the President from someone, and then turns around and insults him again. I show a Republican who stands up and protects the President from someone, and then turns around and insults him again. That is the point. Both examples did come to the aid of the President, but then they say negative comments about the same person they defended. There is no difference between both of them.
