I read that as wsf being sarcastic and/or passive-aggressive due to frustration at the site owner continuing to be vague about the rules yet demanding full compliance. I assumed that's what everyone was getting from it.

If all the site owner is asking for is nothing that could be construed by a reasonable, neutral judge as "18 in name only", that shouldn't be that difficult. If the standard is a nutcase moral crusader out for blood that will try to label as "underage" as many stories as they can with even the slightest paper-thin justification, then that's a different matter.

I pride myself on being creative, but I can't make this shit up. Read the rules. Pictures are different, but in writing, you can have a story about kidnapping, torture, rape, snuff, necrophilia, and cannibalism. The victims and perpetrators may be related. You can detail the most graphic, heinous, disgusting, vile, ciminal acts as long as everyone is eighteen years of age or older.

Edited to add: And you can encourage people to wank over the stories. It's all good if they're adults.

In the case of necrophilia, does the corpse have to be eighteen when it died, or could it have died underage if you wait long enough so it would have been eighteen if it lived?

I was just thinking about that this morning where one of my series has a plot point which involves children being frightened by the crossdressing specter of the last executioner in one part of the world (kind of like the bogeyman). I couldn't make that up, more to the point I wouldn't make that up as it'd be too silly and I'd lose my audience as their disbelief suspenders snapped.

 

Okay so I'll push the envelope a little.

I've already done a cybernetic/robot story with robots as young as 5. Just to prove a point. And it's probably still on here somewhere, if any sick motherfuckers are into that sort of thing.

But now I have another idea.

What if I want to do an Aesops Fables vibe. Say, a hot sexy romance between two fawns. They're not humans. They're deer. And they're around a year old. And they discover each other and it's beautiful with flowers and lollybushes and bumblebees and chickadees and they lay together in the hollyhock etc. etc. and make little fawns.

Is that allowed? Just asking. Because I think it could be kind of hot. If you're a deer.

 

Is that in deer years or human years? The rule says "character", but doesn't specify species. I'd say if the deer are clearly post-pubescent, you should be fine.
