Not knowing the laws of America I do know that in my country a mugshot picture is in the public domain therefore can be used . Any other picture needs permission of the person potrayed

Laws in the US are a little weird. George Zimmerman's booking photo is public record and can be used with out his permission. Now under most circumstances you do need a person's permission to publish, or broadcast their photos. But the second George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin he became what we call a public figure and then photos of him are fair game.

It should be noted though that as soon as you post a picture of yourself on this site or any other one you've already made that photo public and it can be reproduced published and broadcast.

 

But you claim to know what happened. That's called hypocrisy.

I've listened to the tape (and you've even admitted it on the thread) the facts you stated and the tape don't say the same thing.
