So just to be clear, a writer may submit only one story if he writes only by himself, but if he writes with others, he can be a part of multiple stories, correct?

In other words, if I wanted to write a second story, or a third, I'd need to write the second and third stories with a co-author?

As to the disclaimer at the top of the story I shall be writing "All sexually active characters correspond with the age limits set within the XNXX forum".

As to the matter of co-authors, if you write one story on your own and one story with a partner, will you be allowed to enter a third story written with the same partner or does it have to be with someone else?

When you say we may post our stories on the "Sex Stories Forum" part, do you mean the "Sex Stories" region of the XNXX Adult Forum, or on the Sex Stories side itself?

Also, should each entry openly posted start with "CAW 18: ..." to show that it is an official entry? (never mind this part, missed it on the first read through of the CAW Writing part)

 

From what I am reading of the Initial Post, then a single-author may enter only one story.

If that is the case, then so be it, I have one story nearly ready, and will have to make it the best blasted entry I have ever written (hopefully).

Snow, I think I can answer that for you. There are two places you can post stories on XNXX. One is here, the Sex Stories Forum. The other is a separate entity called the Sex Stories Site. That site has not updated since mid-December. Post your official entries, prefaced by CAW 18: here in this forum.

 

Depending on where you are in the world, no sex around under age characters would allow 16 and 17 year olds. So in technicality, an 18 year old could masturbate in front of a 16 year old, just not have sex with them.

 

In parts of the real world, that's true. Based on the requirements of the challenge, it's not.

Where I live, if either parent of two 16 yr olds knows that they are having sex, does nothing to prevent it, and is found out, they can be brought up on charges because the age of consent is 17.

Hence why I pointed out the watching. Watching porn at any age doesn't make you sexually active (for example).

It also rules out the possibility of a great revenge story. Imagine a boy in war-time who sees his sister or mother being raped and then sets out to hunt down the men who did it. You can't do it. You can't even have a 17 year-old walking into a room to discover his older brother wanking off to a porn film. In fact I don't think you can even have a 17 year-old ask his elder brother why he has an erection? If you want to take the subject to its limit, and PR has made a quite precise definition, you cannot even have a 17 year-old witnessing two animals mating.

 

IIRC, in TX, the limitations on statutory rape specify a much lower age (I believe 14) as long as there is at maximum 730 days (2 years) between their ages. Of course, coercion is still rape.

The problem is that allowing the underage person to watch porn is normally illegal for the person who knows that they are watching and does not take steps to prevent it.

Again, he is taking the most restrictive view of porn laws world-wide.

 

You can write any number of stories by yourself. You can write two stories by yourself, and two more stories with the help of one or more people.

With each story the authors must be named. It will get a little more complicated if one author wants to be named, and two wish to be anonymous. Let's say you write one story with the help of - let us say - hornypixy, who wants to be named, and another poster who wants to remain anonymous. You could start a thread using your username, and say that it was also written by hornypixy, and a third author who wishes to remain anonymous.

However, it goes far beyond the definition of porn or else every sexual act is considered as porn and erotica goes no further than kissing.

He says "no sex acts are to be performed in front of underage characters" This eliminates the possibility of anyone under the age of 18, innocently walking into a bedroom and finding two adults, covered by bedclothes, in a position where they may be construed as even touching each other in a sexual manner. This is a return to the days where it was considered indecent for a man and a woman to lie on a bed together unless they each had one foot on the floor. And no sex act also means no sex act by dogs, horses, cattle or any other beast in the world.
