The First Time

I have given CAW 8 some thought, and had a number of different ideas that I was contemplating. Even some of the wackier ones. It came down to a decision between "The First Time" and "Non-Erotic Story". Non-Erotic story was going to be just how it sounds, a story contest with no sex in it. It would be a test of pure story-telling skills. I thought this might be an interesting challenge for us as writers, but, being that this IS a sex site, I opted to go the second route. Maybe some other winner will consider the non-erotic theme, or if I am fortunate enough to win again some day, perhaps I'll revisit it.

The First Time is the theme. I have purposely left it broad based to give you latitude in your interpretation. You may go virtually anywhere with it. A few points to cover:

1. If you decide to make your story about first time sex, keep in mind that any stories that involve people under the age of 16 will not be permitted in the contest, as they would violate the current age limit policy of this site.

2. If you write a story without the ages of the participants, I will review the story. If I determine that you are writing a story where ages aren't an issue, your story will be accepted. However, if I determine that you are trying to exploit my theme to write an underage story and make a political point, rest assured that I'll leave your story out. I get to make the rules, so I get to be judge, jury and executioner. Not trying to be a dick, just letting you know the rules upfront so there will be no crying afterwards. If you have a concern about my interpretation of something you are thinking about writing, I suggest you PM me PRIOR to writing it and we have a PRIVATE discussion.

3. I will not be posting a list of stories until the voting begins. A few days before, I will call for entries. Sometimes people post a story earlier, then wish to revise it, and then revise it again and again and again. That's cool. I just don't want to have to keep track of all of your edits! So, at the end, I'll ask for one URL, and then I'll post them all at one time. If you wish to post your story early here or in the Sex Stories section, that's A-OK.

4. When you do submit your URL, part of the requirement will be for you to submit a 50 word or less summary of your story. This summary will be posted in the list of stories. It will also be used by me when I promote the contest in other areas of this site, like the General Discussion forum. The idea is to entice someone to want to read your story. 50 words is the max, you can use less. If you submit nothing, I'll post no description. If you submit more than 50 words, I'll edit. Be descriptive, but I suggest keeping the description "clean" since it will be posted in areas outside of this forum.

5. Voting will be one vote per member, and it will NOT be anonymous. There were pros and cons to the previous contest's voting style, and I think it was an interesting experiment, but for me, I'm going old school and back to the original plan.

6. Finally, just to throw in something new, if you wish to incorporate artwork or outside links into your story, you may do so. I am allowing you to post in the forum as well as the Sex Stories site. You may NOT link to another sex stories site, as I'm pretty sure that is not permitted. But, if you wish to drop in artwork, or link to YouTube, or whatever, it's permitted. If you wish to change the color of your type...that's fine. Whatever you can do within the confines of the forum, have at it. THAT's the big change for this competition. Some of you (Hardrive, I'm looking at you, buddy...) have already shown artistic talent. I hope this spurs more of you on.

All those wacky ideas that you mention and then Your First Time?
The non sexual idea is better but you won so you choose.You live -you learn.

If you need help in rooting out underage stories i'm sure your friend can help as no doubt your friend can tell without even reading story , perhaps thru telepathy or something if someone has evil thoughts/motivations.

Does it have to be your first time or both or your partners?

 

I imagine any of those would work. I would also imagine that the "first time" does not have to be sexual. Perhaps it's your character's first time robbing a bank, or the first time they've been to another country, or the first time they've posed as someone else to get something, or their first day at a new job.

Sexual first time also doesn't necessarily have to mean loss of virginity; first time video taping themselves? First time with someone of the same sex? First time doing it on the deep ocean floor with specially designed double diving suits that connect at the crotch (you get the idea)?

 

I was originally thinking of first time skydiving in tandem... while having sex!

 

Well, I think that would require some kind of special harness, but yes, I suppose that would work...

Exactly! If someone doesn't their virginity then I'm not voting for that story.

 

But it could be first time doing something other than losing virginity. First time at a glory hole. First time anonymous. First threesome (or foursome or whatever). First time with the family dog, first time masturbating in public, first tentacle fuck, first time for money,....

There are enough twisted minds around here that I'm looking forward to some nice, sloppy stories. :excited:

 

Actually I suppose that would be aceptable, as long as there's some kind of sex. Not that my opinion matters. We'll have to wait for the Horse to weigh in.

 

Considering his other idea was the non-erotic story, I think he wouldn't mind too much if the "first" aspect had nothing to do with sex

Since the rule got put in place, it's been that way, regardless of whether it was in a contest or not. New administration, new rules.

Would you people lighten up?

The guidelines of this forum state that any sexual character must be at least 16 yrs of age. If a writer chooses not to use an age, but all indications point to a child who has not yet developed and is still in elementary school, then I believe the OP of the challenge has every right to decide if it fits HIS guidelines. You know, not everyone lost their virginity before the age of 18.

Horse, I love the idea of first time and already have some ideas that might work. I congratulate you on your well-thought out challenge.

First time, huh? Well, now. Hmmm. As long as they're 16. OK. Doesn't really say first time at WHAT. Heh, heh, heh.

 

It's a decent topic. I don't see how it is pandering to anyone. Guidelines are guidelines. There are worse sites out there, I assure you. I've actually been able to post here what I couldn't somewhere else, so xnxx has a few exclusives.

That's also how I discover how my stories have been disseminated.

It can the the first time for either, neither, or vboth. Keep in mind that the first time doesn't have to be about sex. That's the width of latitude you have. First time you drove your car, you picked up a hitchiker, and ... see? You have lots of room to interpret.
