I've been wondering about the acknowledgement.

I've also been wondering when history ends. When is a historical character just a character. Do they have to be dead? Its 50 years ago, 100 years ago? Not that that really matters, just curious.

 

I have a personal list of those whom I really hope enter CAW 22. There's still a little time. I hope I'm not let down. I won't name names, but I'm sure you know who you are!

Alright people!~ If I can write and enter the CAW you can too! Remember I was the one afraid to enter but after I wrote my Christmas story I found I was starting to actually LIKE what I write. Seriously! I have been reading posts over in the GD, and I feel the writers are the ones I'd rather hang out with! We are here for the fun of it right? Who doesn't enjoy writing a dirty little sex romp? I don't care if you even write about sex! Just write and enjoy yourself! Not any good? Who cares! If you enjoy writing, then do it! Enter the CAW, or just post an entry for the hell of it.
Last time I checked, none of us were the next million copy writer here. ( unless one of you REALLY is Mr. King, Miss Rowling, or John Grisham...) If that's the case then Bravo! I love to think that a mainstream author might still enjoy posting sex stories anonymously on a porn site!

Still waiting for more entries! Right now we stand at 10. There are some old favorites, and some new contestants as well. In the spirit of playing fair, I have yet to read any, just previewed. Some have really got my curiosity piqued!

I know its hard to say without knowing the total number, but any thoughts on reading time? Is two weeks enough? Too long? I would love to hear some thoughts.

 

I think it depends on how many you have besides you're the host I believe it's up to you, though don't give too much time it will kill us authors with waiting lol

 

In the past, Hosts have often made the number of days in the reading period equal the number of entries plus however many days are required to have the reading period end on a weekend.
