Here is the problem with your second one. If you take away everything, you are left with a something. That something is nothing, if that makes any sense. Nothing in its own sense is a something.

With your third one, it depends. How much space does the absence take and how much space does the presence leave?

 

It's not really a conundrum but it's a funny philosophy joke but...
