At this point, Deidre has been absent from the thread for a bit. bladeway, who I've had a few disagreements with in the past, but nothing major as far as I'm aware, has said that I'm not able to moderate myself, let alone the forum. But if the New Mod thread is any indication, I seem to be doing a fine job of moderating myself and not getting in to a flame war, despite ample justification for doing so.

This was my reply and notice again that I don't insult anyone. This must be me abusing my mod powers when people disagree with me or criticize me. I thank them and ask a question regarding their motivations. Fuck me, but I'm a scary son of a bitch with all this mod power at my fingertips.

This is the end of page 2. Deidre has 6 posts on this page of which 100% are insulting towards other members. We now have 100 posts in this thread where Deidre has not been insulted a single time.

I posted 3 times, none of which were in response to Deidre and none of which insulted her.

I gloat a little bit at someone who I think may be a sock. It's a natural reaction, I think, to a person I've never seen before tell me that I'm an awful choice. Was he a sock? You'll never know. He has since apologized for accusing me without grounds and we're cool as far as I can tell.

My insult count to Deidre? Still 0.

Piggit has asked for the names of those who were banned. Deidre insists that piggit knows and calls her a stupid bitch for, I guess, asking for those who she feels were treated wrongly. She says we can all read but this forum has close to 100,000 members and several hundred thousand pages of comments and several thousand pages of threads. Why doesn't Deidre want us to find these banned users? Those treated unfairly and by the mods of this forum? Why doesn't she want to demonstrate that we are all as nasty and unfair as she accuses us to be?

Perhaps you'd best ask her.

Piggit says that if she wants to be angry about that, go ahead, but to at least be honest about it. Deidre calls her disgusting and casts more dispersions on her character.

Piggit did not insult Deidre in her comment.

Folks, this is a staggering revelation. Deidre has been claiming abuse by the mods yet here she sits, in total agreement with one of her sworn enemies that she has never been prevented with speaking her mind. But if the mods aren't mistreating her by preventing her from speaking her mind about her politics or other values, what are they doing?

Wow. :shock: Some people might take this as an admission that all of her claims of mod censorship were crap. We have these mythical people who were supposedly banned, but Deidre is unable to furnish us with any names. We're left to rely on only her preception of events that she's been mistreated but the only way mods can mistreat an individual is by limiting their ability to freely express their ideas and Deidre just admitted that she has never been hindered in her desire to say whatever she wanted to say regarding any issue that was brought up!

Deidre calls kimi a freak, a murderer and suggests that she sympathizes with those who rape and molest children. Pretty foul stuff. Especially when you consider that the worst Kimiko has offered up thus far is implying that Deidre is irrational.


What follows is some back and forth between Kimi and Deidre but I've decided at this point not to include that. Simply because the primary reason for doing this was to highlight my involvement in this thread with Deidre. I got a bit carried away but there is simply too much in here for me to bring up every single one.

Following that, there was no insult given by me to Deidre on this page. In fact, I only had one post out of 50 and that was not directed at Deidre.

 

Not at all, there are a slew of members that don't have an inflamatory bone in their body. Any one of them would be fine. Ejls was an excellent choice. Sorry to take the "glass half empty" stance. Guess I am supposed to be thankful they got it half way right.

At this point there is a bit of a scuffle going on because some people have pointed out that Deidre seems to be condemning all mods and then saying that ejls is acceptable. They bring up posts where she condemns all the mods and offers no qualifiers. Piggit points out several and suggest that given the nature of the posts it should be easy for Deidre to understand that someone might get confused as to her intentions.

Deidre responds by letting piggit know she can't stand her and says that we're all wastes of time.

At this point I would be tempted to say that piggit has been the receiver of more abuse than me in this thread and she still has not answered Deidre with any insults of her own. Unperturbed, Deidre insults her and the other mods/admins at every opportunity. As she said she would do on page one.

This post is a bit of an anomaly. Deidre has said multiple times that she is proud of the comments that I have chosen for my sig line yet here she seems to be embarrassed by them. She calls my use of them immature whereas in the past she told me I was welcome to keep them there for as long as I wanted. Which version of Deidre are we to believe? Keep in mind she has never asked me to remove them, either publicly or privately. If she had, I probably wouldn't have done it because they aren't there for her, but then again, I might have. It probably would have depended a lot on my mood.

Another anamolous post where she tells me to continue doing as I like with her old posts and that her desire to murder me is justified because of it. Again, not for actually insulting her, but just for reminding others what she's likely to say when she forgets to put on her saccharine mask.

Thus far, even though we are conversing directly with each other, I have yet to insult her. You could say that my signature is an insult in some way, but I would ask you how since I have stated several times that the signature is there for DL, not for her and she has repeatedly insisted she stands by those words.

More accusations, then confirmation that she has not been mistreated. Then accusations again. Apparently the use of 'smart alecky' posts are all it takes to be called every word in Deidre's insult arsenal. If you disagree with her with too much cheek, you deserve all you get.

I'm beginning to see a pattern here. It's not that the mods mistreat her in any way, shape or form. It's that there are no mods on her side in any issue. This makes her feel threatened, apparently and she feels she has to lash out and attack them in order to restore the balance.

It's interesting what patterns emerge through exercises like this.

By the way, piggit has come her closest to insulting Deidre thus far. She said she was behaving childishly.

End of Page 7. I mention that I like to call Deidre Filthy Whore and silly bitch, but I never actually call her those. It's the closest I've come to an insult thus far, after 350 posts.

 

For the record, Shake, I would never, ever deny that I have, on occasion, hurled insults at deidre. I don't apologize for that in the slightest degree. She deserved every single one of them, and more. If anything, I consider myself to have been far too restrained in my insults, given deidre's well-known talent as a provocateur.

How, in light of this overwhelmingly damning evidence, can anyone side with her about anything? Excepting DL, who's mind is long gone, what the fuck can you be thinking? Her conduct is indefensible.
