I do see Nophest's reasoning though. If she would have just said she didn't like the mods and admin it would have been business as usual I believe. But to constantly question the integrity of the mods and admin is quite another thing. People need to feel confident that the mods are fair and if you are going to throw a hissy fit screaming that they aren't for days on end then you'd better have something to back it up.

Also, now that I think of it, which of those definitions were you using in the first place? And I would agree 100%, if that's what had happened. She was banned for being a lout, and a hooligan(libelous in whole). Certainly her ability to start a flame war with the regularity of Old faithful did not help her case, but I suspect she would never have been banned if she hadn't basically insulted the whole god-damned forum from the top down.

 

DD can't be that bad, she's never talked overly poorly about me, atleast that I saw. The banhammer is an unforgiving tool.
