No, i should clarify that. The Bible doesn't specify how much to give, but it does tell of several people who GAVE a tenth of their own will. The Bible doesn't require that amount.

That's all well and good, but there is nothing I've seen in the bible that says you must give that amount, and that is the whole point I've made. The Bible makes no requirement.

I did find one reference requiring it, but it also says that it is of produce, flocks and cattle. So if you were not an owner of such things, you might not have been required.
