The price to do what? You don't "develop" digital pictures.

 

surely thre is a company somewhere that will develop or print off the pictures on the cd.

 

Buy yourself a printer and some good photo-quality paper.

 

Oh, and "developing" is what you do to film or old pictures that actually go through a series of solutions. Yeah, what you're looking for is printing.

 

Good luck finding one; I think you'll need it. The vast majority of photo developers, stores or mail order, specifically exclude erotic photos from what they will handle. The one I use precludes "pornographic or indecent" photos, and say that they "reserve the right to decline to print or return any image". "Indecent" could cover anything from naked breasts upwards, so your pictures would probably stand no chance.

I know when I friend of mine had some developed at a store he did get his photos, but with a strict instruction from the manager that he was not to bring his business to the store again.

You could always take a chance and use one of the self-service machines in Boots or Jessops but there's a pretty high risk of getting caught. I suspect the only way you'll get them developed is to buy an expensive photo printer or make friends with someone who works in one of those stores.

 

I have a professional studio.. and a 4x6 size print will cost about .20 cents. I have no Idea of any services over there.. Postage would be about $5.00 turn around is usually 1 day.. email if interested.. This is a professional studio

 

You mean prints will cost about 20 cents or $.20, right?

I wouldn't want you charge .20 cents, that seems like way too little.

 

I think the terms of chemical photography will stay a long time, and most places that do high quality work actually do develop the prints..onto regular photographic paper.. The exposure onto paper is done by digital light, passing over the paper in much the same way an inkjet head passes over paper and spraying ink, and then the paper is processed through regular chemicals at this stage nothing much has changed but the light bulb.. Yes the next best thing is the inkjet print, but their life is short..

 

This a fairly standard price to print the content of a disk, and he said 150 images I think. The one or two price is about .30 cents.
The only difference with me is that there is no censorship. And there is no problem with post to England.

 

The general statement that they make one that prints from feeding processed negatives is accurate only for very expensive machines. There are flatbed scanners that will take several strips of film and make what we call a proof sheet. Then there is the dedicated film scanner that will scan to the computer for printing later...
