    Just by the nature of the crime looters and rioters tend to practice "social distancing" pandemic or no pandemic. And many health experts have pointed out protesting is of an emergency nature and still most protesters wore masks and tried to practice social distancing. Restaurants are a risk but that risk can at least be reduced by the social distancing measures and wearing masks. Bars are by their nature much more problematic. The purpose of a bar is to drink and socialize. And once alcohol is added people tend to drop their guard.

    But all of it is made much MUCH worse because Trump rebels against masks and social distancing and wants to pretend the pandemic isn't happening or isn't that bad which is passed on to his followers that follow his lead and ignore masks and social distancing and gather is large groups. Just like they did at his Tulsa rally where his campaign staff actually went into the seats and removed stickers that were placed on seats for social distancing. Even though there were plenty of empty seats.
