Comey, said on Tuesday that the bureau would not recommend criminal charges in Hillary Clitnon’s handling of classified information, lifting an enormous legal cloud from her presidential campaign, hours before her first joint campaign appearance with President Obama.

A lot of cranks are angry and disappointed.

 

Now they are going to say that the F.B.I. was part of the conspiracy.

 

This fake scandal has gone on for far too long. Now the Republicans will need to go back to explaining how tax cuts for the rich will help those who are not rich.

 

The sad thing about the political situation in the Untied States is that there actually are cranks who think that way.

 

The sad thing is that anyone could ever cast a vote for Killary....sorry, Hillary.

This is also worth mentioning as it shows that, for someone of her standing, she is incredibly stupid and "extremely careless."

FBI Director James Comey said "no reasonable prosecutor" would pursue a case but said the likely Democratic presidential nominee was "extremely careless" with classified information

But Mr Comey was highly critical of Mrs Clinton and her staff.

"There is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

The FBI's key findings:

• it is possible that "hostile actors" gained access to Mrs Clinton's email account
• there were more than 100 emails that contained classified information when they were sent or received, contrary to her claim she never sent classified emails
• but there was no evidence she had knowingly shared sensitive material
• she did not delete emails in an effort to conceal them

Mrs Clinton said she set up the email address for reasons of convenience, because it was easier to do everything from one device than to have several phones or tablets.

She had previously said she did not knowingly send any classified material from her account.

But investigators found that a number of messages that were marked classified at the time were sent from her account
However, she has apologised for using the private email system, calling it "a mistake".

"As I look back at it now, even though it was allowed, I should have used two accounts... I'm sorry about that. I take responsibility," she said

It was her server the emails went through she is guilty. The FBI and AG just got bought off. In America the former land of the free you need to be a Democrat and or have a lot of money to be free. If it was anyone else the government would have throw the book at them in seconds no investigation.

Gregg Jarrett: FBI Director calls Clinton ‘careless’. His recommendations make no sense


James Comey is a former U.S. Attorney. Yet, he exhibited an astonishing ignorance of the law. He laid out a case of gross negligence constituting a crime, defined it with the words “extremely careless” and then promptly proceeded to ignore the law.

Those words, “extremely careless” mean something important in the law. Consider the relevant federal criminal statute which reads:

“Whoever, being entrusted with… any document relating to the national defense… through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody… shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.” (18 U.S.C., section 793-f)

 

I have so far used the singular term, “e-mail server,” in describing the referral that began our investigation.
It turns out to have been more complicated than that.
Secretary Clinton used several different servers and administrators of those servers during her four years at the State Department,
and used numerous mobile devices to view and send e-mail on that personal domain.

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification.

Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.

It could also be that some of the additional work-related e-mails we recovered were among those deleted as “personal” by Secretary Clinton’s lawyers when they reviewed and sorted her e-mails for production in 2014.

The lawyers doing the sorting for Secretary Clinton in 2014 did not individually read the content of all of her e-mails, as we did for those available to us; instead, they relied on header information and used search terms to try to find all work-related e-mails among the reportedly more than 60,000 total e-mails remaining on Secretary Clinton’s personal system in 2014.

It is highly likely their search terms missed some work-related e-mails, and that we later found them, for example, in the mailboxes of other officials or in the slack space of a server.

I'd like to have been a fly on the wall during Hills interview with the FBI. Like to know how much it cost her or what she promised for them to drop charges.
The FBI totally blew it.

 

Did you really think anything was going to happen to her with any of this?...I damn sure didn't.

 

One particular point of interest:

They say this is the first time ever that FBI Director Jim Comey has ever held a press conference where he didn't take questions from reporters afterwards. Things that make ya go, "Hmmmmm."

 

The verdict was in 2 months ago, confirmed a couple of days ago at the airport.

 

Well, not really. Be fair, amongst 340 million people you're going to find some strange units.

Bill meets with Loretta Lynch...then next day
Hillary announces Loretta will remain as Attorney general if she is elected....

Loretta states she will do what the FBI suggests she do....

Then Hillary meets with the FBI 4th of July weekend.....
Today FBI outlines enough for an indictment then takes it back and lets the Prosecutor off the hook....
(this should have gone to a Grand Jury)

On this same day Obama and Hillary get on AF one for a campaign speech in SC....(on taxpayers money)
(a Presidential trip takes at least a week of planning )....so how long has the fix been in.......
