Yeah, if you have only known her a week and she already asked for you to pay the air fare, it sounds like she's trying to use you, assuming she really is a she. I thought she was coming to the USA on her own nickel for some other reason, like for school , or somthing.

When I was in Korea I had a Fillipino(sp) woman contact me through hotornot.com and try that. Said she wanted to be in Korea so she could work but that the companies on the island that hired out for manufacturing in other countries wouldn't accept her because she was over an age limit. She was in her 40's and the age limit was like 38. She said I'd have to marry her to get her back in and then implied that yes, sex would be part of the deal, but never actually said it. If she was 20 years younger, I might just have done it because she showed me pictures of herself as a younger woman and she was fucking hot.

I looked at it as a business deal wherein she gets to work and make 5 times what she can earn in her country and I get some in-house pussy without having to worry about any sort of girlfriend drama. In the end though, my better sense won out and I just stopped talking to her. She tried to get me to commit to some sort of arrangement and asked me to send her a birthday gift as a sign that I was serious. I just let it drop. I checked her yahoo profile not to long after that and saw that she snagged some U.S. serviceman who was apparently deployed in Iraq at the time. Who knows how that ever turned out.

I did a little background reading on the whole mail-order bride thing and it turns out the in the Fillipines apparently that's a big business. Girls will hang out at internet cafes running multiple scams on guys trying to get them to send money and gifts and often with their boyfriends sitting there with them. There did appear to be some ligit mail-order services (if you can call such a thing ligitimate) but more often than not they were running so-called sex holidays where you work through a Fillipino contact and fuck your way around the island for a week, 10 days, 14 days, etc. and the girls are available to marry and bring back with you.

I came across the Russian services in my homework and, from what I read, you get tied up with the Russian mob a lot of times with those since they tend to run the show. If I were in the market for such a thing I'd lean more towards the Fillipinos than the Russians since, if you can find one you like, you won't be getting extorted by the mob afterwords.
