Sadly most religons made up the masterbation rules out of thier own guilt. My belief is if I feel guilty over it, I need to stop. If I don't feel any guilt, then it's not wrong for me. That was how my pastor taught us. He said what is a Sin for one isn't nessasarily a Sin for another.

First... try and have respect for other's beliefs, even if you disagree with them. It's nice, and, you might even turn out to be wrong!
Second, God wasn't invented to control people. He was invented to explain reality, something which seems to be a pretty basic human urge. Furthermore, I don't think the changes made to the bible, and it's interpretation, were usually made with the intention of controlling people. They were reflections of societies morals at the time, and probably meant well, i.e. they thought that was what was best for people. In fact, as most people seem to think that their outlook on life, i.e. their personal and societal morals, are the absolute truth, they probably believed that was what the bible should say, and there may well have been no malicious intent.
Although I am of the strong opinion that God does not exist, I am more strongly of the opinion that we should be tolerant and accepting of others beliefs I'm not saying you should agree with everyone, just that you should be thoughtful and polite while disagreeing

Firstly, God cannot be fully known or understood by man, yeh? Second, the bible is a badly translated account written by mortal men, i.e. not necessarily even correct in the first place, which has certainly suffered many revisions over the years.
So... as long as you stay true to yourself, and to God, and do your best to do what you think is 'right', I should think you'll be fine. The church should be there to help guide you, not as a distributor of absolute truth. Surely each individual of us, crafted 'in God's image', should have access to His wisdom inside ourselves? If I were God, I'd be pretty pissed off if everyone just blindly followed a clearly flawed prophet. I'd be rather happy, however, to see them accept the guidance given to them, then use their capacity for love, intelligence and moral judgement, to do the absolute best they can.

And no, if God exists, I don't think he'd have a problem with you wanking. But that's just my opinion of course.

Say what you will but humans have a deep need for some kind of faith, I'm not talking religion here, I'm talking about faith in something, personal for a wide variety of reasons. I have been Roman Catholic my whole life

I have been looking at porn since 13 or so, yes for a girl I feel that is young. Masturbating um idk sometime in college maybe.

But while talking to my priest about this while in confession he asked how often. I sorta feel that he was thinking I am addicted to porn. IDK maybe he is right, I mean after all I look at porn almost daily.

I say the rosary at least once a week, pray daily and attend christian gatherings weekly. I am a very religious person, but I hide a secret for everyone but my priest.
