Straight up I'm really in prison, but in the u.s.a we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but that is purely bullshit.

I have tried to put my life and story out there to bring light to my Innocence buy nobody seems to care that I'm innocent because who truly gives a shit right?

Hey I agree with your assessment of my getting exactly what I deserved because I couldn't pull myself out of a bottle but if you are living under some black and white all law enforcement and accomadating judicial systems ever only operate in the highest of ethical standards you are delusional at best.. cause I'm telling you I met a guy in my last unit that had done 20 plus years for a trumped up Dwi that they hung him out to dry on because he took it to trial and he had the newspaper article that was written about him and the trial and it stated that his blood alcohol level was 0.0 both when he blew and when they drew blood.. 0.0.. older black guy.. I slept 2 racks over from him for 6 months.. we talked about how did they give you 25 years that you've done 20 of if they convicted you of reckless dwi with a minor in the car.. he said man they pulled me over I pissed off the wrong person being mouthy about them harassing me and I'm cuffed up gone to jail..didnt have bail money court appointed attorney did nothing but tell him about the plea deals he wanted him to sign.. he told him no take this to trial when he walked in the court room to start his trial his lawyer to help the court with its backed up trial docket had agreed to no jury .. judge gets to make the ruling he walked out that day guilty of a DWI and 25 years TDCJ.. I read the 20 year old article that was cut out of the town paper that said 0.0 blood alcohol content

 

If you're doing life you either plead guilty or were tried and convicted, so the whole thread title here is misleading.

I really don't have any sympathy whatsoever for people who get a DUI or go out of their way to buy drugs or anything when there's so many young people who basically get punished for trying to survive in the kinds of places most of us would never in a million years want to live.
