If you are telling the truth here you and whoever you gave that tag to can expect to be charged by the Wyoming Game and Fish and it could be a felony because it amounts to deliberate fraud.

All it takes is one game check and you're busted within a matter of minutes because its all on computer now.

Also rifle season does not start until October 1st for all out of state and resident license holders.

 

Bow season and why did I have a physical tag from the state then? Got it when I was in Laramie directly from their offices. I lived there but not long enough to become a resident. One of my friends is a instructor at Wyotech.

 

The points are these.

Whether you realized it or not when you signed for that license you also swore it would be used only by you. The person who's name is on the license is the only one who can even hunt with it let alone fill it.

Also if you applied for a resident license and were not legally a resident you'll probably get busted for that as well. And if was an out of state license and you gave it to a resident to hunt with that will be a big red flag if he gets checked.

Yes I can walk and hike and even pack on my shoulders. For a day or two as long as I can stop when I want, drop the pack when I want, lay down and take a nap when I want and don't have to do it day after day. None of which is compatible with any job I know of. And I never once said I was disabled. That was at least five different doctors most of which said while I couldn't work anymore without incurring further injuries I should try to remain as active as possible and do what I could.

So that's not being weak that's being tough. Something you obviously know nothing about.
