Slept most of the day because of a migraine. Now I’m watching Warrior Nun

 

Uneventful Sunday. Did stuff around the house, watched a little TV, and took a nap. I thought about jacking off but didn’t. I did cook twice. Bacon and eggs early and baked chicken later. Oh yeah, I lifted weights in the morning. It was leg day so that’s probably why I didn’t jack off. Lol

 

It’s finally cool enough to sleep without AC! Fresh cool night air!

 

I rarely have to use any A/C in the summer where I live. (Let’s just say “mountain air”). That’s as specificky as I’ll get as to my locale.

But my dayyy?? ... I swear, I have a tendency to live a whole life in any given day. My life is consistently ironic. I dunno ... maybe it comes with the territory of being an artist — which, I’m here to tell you, is both a blessing & a curse. Or the [quote/unquote] “bohemian lifestyle” or whatever.

But I’ve run the gamut today. Starting out lovely, with my morning ritual of coffee on my back deck ... watching the birds, waking up leisurely, etc. etc.

Then on to “taking care of business.” Made a much-needed dental appointment, and am miraculously getting in TOMORROW! — so that’s great.

Had some good conversations with friends. (Still very much in lock-down with the pandemic). So any “touch” with the outside world is welcomed right now.

And then as the evening approached, I kinda’ needed to dash to the grocery. Only to discover, in turning the key in the ignition of my car, that it is deader than a doornail. So I had an unexpected hike to the grocery store, of about a 3-4 mile round-trip. (I was initially rather unenthused about the whole deal). But it turned out to be a lovely walk.

I do my best to take anything in stride. [Pun intended I suppose, in this particular scenario]. So, I guess all in all, I would give this day maybe 4.2 out of 5 stars.

 

Went to work at 6.00 in the morning - sat at my desk except for occasional pee breaks to 6.00 in evening went home, crashed in front of the tv - fucking busy, fucking tiring and utterly shit

 

Great day,hot but some rain. Pup and I did about a 30 min walk. Mowed the yard . Cleaned on the garage and shed.
Busy as nickel night at the whore house.
