Please see this below post last week that gave us guys some guide lines on how to talk to you ladies on this site. Being a southern gentleman I thought it was very good and I took it to heart with every conversation I started with a lady here and I tried to follow these guide lines.....

The results were dismal!! I would get NO response! Not kiss my ass or kiss your ass but NOTHING!! "Guys, before you write any woman here, please think with your heads, not your dicks. Here's a few things to avoid if you are interested in talking to any of us:

1. Do not write a stupid message that has something like "Hey" in the subject line and a message that says: "Hey" as well. Don't waste our time. Tell us who you are and why you're writing. Introduce yourself, make it interesting. We get lots of "heys" every day, and I personally ignore them. Same goes for "Hi", "Hello", "Whassup", "What are you up to"...

2. Don't use text language. Use punctuation and good spelling. It's so much nicer to read a message well written! You'll get more answers if we don't have to try to guess what the fuck you're saying.

3. Post on the forums for a while before you message someone, unless that woman was posting on "personals" asking for messages (it will probably be a man anyway). We like to read your posts and get to know you, and you'll get to know us, too. If you have a low count of posts, and all of them are in the games or personals section, I'll probably ignore your message. I can't know what you like or dislike and I'd rather wait to see you post in the other forums to know if you're OK to talk to or not.

4. Do not start talking to us like we're a cheap whore you hired to please your darkest fantasies. We don't work here. Writing something like "hey baby I want to stick my 9-inch cock up your ass while you're gagging on my friend's 10-inch cock" is not something we really appreciate as an introduction. Think about it: would you approach a woman at a bar with that line? I don't think so. Treat us with respect until you get to know us better and you know if we like being treated like that.

5. Keep in mind you're not the only dude here. We read a lot of threads and like some comments, but that doesn't mean we're gonna remember every single comment we liked and what the poster's name was. So, if you use the excuse that we liked one of your comments to start a conversation, a little bit of background would be dandy. There's nothing more confusing than getting a message from a stranger saying: "yeah, I think that's awesome, too" when you don't know what he's talking about. Just post it as a comment on the thread, you don't need a PM for that!

6. Please remember we don't work here and we don't owe you anything. If we don't feel like talking with you for whatever reason and we don't reply, don't insist sending 5 messages in an hour. It makes you look creepy. If you had a nice chat with us one day it doesn't mean we have to be available for you 24/7 from now on either. Don't be pushy. You're not the only guy we're talking to, and we can choose. If you're pushy we'll ignore you.

Any ladies please feel free to add anything here. Not all of us are the same and maybe I missed something, or maybe there's something I don't like that you like. Let us know. I think you can talk to very interesting people in this site and it's a shame that some women have a no PM policy because of all the dumbasses that ruined the experience for them. I can't tell you anything, because I don't know what the fuck you said to them in your pm. How about giving us a little sample of what you wrote messaging them, leaving out names. Then we'll have something to go on. You might think you're being nice in what you write them, but you can be a jerk. We don't know a fuckin thing. But I'll tell you one thing, if you came here looking for a girl to actually meet and hook up with, you came to the wrong place. This is no dating site.

First of all, YOU'VE BEEN HERE A FUCKING MONTH! Take a breath, breathe. People (ladies and guys) watch what you post and how you respond. If you a reasonable person, at least slightly witty (not crazy over the top witty like @Jack Mine) and somewhat interesting you are very likely to develop some "friendships". Take your time. PMing folks (ladies) out of the blue with little to no history is a tough way to go.

That, right there, is probably your issue. Speaking strictly for myself, I couldn't care less how you're looking. Chances are, we will never ever meet in person anyway. What matters to me, here, more than anything is how good you write, how smart your thoughts are, how genuine your feelings are coming across. This is the internet. Writing is the medium. If you'd send me pictures right away, I'd just assume you're a creep.

On top of all that, there is probably a 1000:1 men to women ratio on here. So, chances are, the ladies you've been messaging are either inundated with messages, haven't been online recently or just plain didn't want to reply. It happens. Sometimes I don't feel like replying at all. Sometimes I want to reply, but the genius who messaged me has set his privacy settings so that only people he follows can reply, which counts me out. Sometimes I'm busy. Sometimes I'm offline for a few days and don't get around to answer messages.

But you know what? Let me tell you a secret: The vast majority of times, I send out this copy/pasted standard message, just for jokes and giggles to see what happens:

Yeah, but he was wondering why he didn't get a reply, not whether or not the replies are from actual women. As far as replying goes, I'd say those posing as women would actually be more eager to reply. Or not, what do I know.

Anna, I completely understand where you are coming from! Thanks for your feedback. I am guess I expect too much sometimes. I just want to be treated the way I treat others.
