For me the Colonial era which was the most rife with sexual tension as the men went off for days and weeks to hunt while women were left alone to be the protectors and keepers of the home. Needless to say there was a lot of lesbianism at home and homosexual trysts on these hunts, to be a lothario in that village! Of course bringing toys of the future??

I think the 60s would have been far out and groovy. And I think San Francisco would have been the place to be. However, I honestly believe that right here and now would be very hard to beat, sexually. Probably more sexual things are acceptable and in common practice now than ever before. I wouldn't want to go back to a time where men were little more than animals, thinking they should be able to breed any woman they please. Oh yeah, many men are still that way. Just kidding.

Here and now is so much due to the "groovy generation" having grown up around hippies who believed in expression over suppression, most of my best thoughts were bred in the shadow of that era.
