Let us take our starting point at five thousand years ago. That is when the earliest civilizations began in Egypt and Sumeria, which is now Iraq. It is obviously not possible to know precisely how many "innocent deaths" have since then been the responsibility of Caucasians and Mongoloids living in countries with urban civilizations, and Negroes.

Nevertheless, the message of War Before Civilization is that far more people have been killed by Negroes because during the past 5,000 years the vast majority have been living in tribal societies.

What matters right now for my argument is that Germans and Japanese are nearly always safe to live with, and Negroes frequently are not. These differences, as well as differences in average intelligence which appear everywhere in the world, strongly indicate genetic differences.

The problem with your War Before Civilization is that it only talks about percentages; no hard numbers. If two savages duke it out to the death, and one dies, thats a 50% casualty rate.
The second problem is that we aren't talking about death caused as the result of a war action. We've been talking about non combat deaths; The Jews gassed in the concentration camps and the Chinese women raped and murdered by marauding Japanese forces.
But, you knew that. Which is why I am justified to call you a Putz for bringing it up. You're just attempting to divert the discussion, yet again.

Since I've been using the time from the late 1800's and particularly since 1900 for my figures, why don't you see what you can find for just that time period? Show me 5 Million innocent deaths caused by blacks and we can talk.

Your statement that Germans and Japanese are fairly safe to live with but Negroes frequently are not is an unsupported conclusion based on questionable evidence and faulty logic. You can't produce reliable, relevant data that would support your conclusion, first because of the issues I've pointed out before about how the criminal system classifies suspects and criminals by race compared to the way the census bureau does it.

The figures for German and Japanese criminal deaths are reliable. You prefer to discuss street crime when condemning blacks as violent, but that isn't logical. Certainly not to the victims.

And the reason your statements seem so outrageous is because they are outrageous.

See, it isn't the "human genome" that explains the failure of "racial equality in behavior and performance". It's the real and perceived discrimination that continues in spite of civil rights legislation. When blacks returned from WWII and even Viet Nam they discovered that the home front still gave them second class treatment. It continues today, but it is more covert than overt now. Now, they aren't told they didn't get the job, or the loan, or whatever because they're black, they're given a different excuse, like "Your credit score didn't meet our requirements, or we found a better candidate". At times, the perception of discrimination is misplaced. All too often it isn't.

 

We need more prisons. We need larger prisons. We need nastier prisons.

The only thing that works is punishment.

Well, no, when people have a conversation it generally follows a line; you know, like you would say how are you, and then I'd say just fine, I got a new job, and then you'd say Oh, really, what are you doing, and then I'd tell you and so on.

From 1960 to 1970 in the United States the prison population declined. The crime rate doubled. Since 1980 the prison population has tripled. The crime rate has declined by one third.

That is what I mean when I say that punishment works. What I desire is a larger number of longer and harsher prison sentences.
