I'm 35 and if it comes to men I've always preferred dating someone that's older than me, the older the better actually, but limited to those who are actively looking for some fun. Some of it is genetic and some of it is personal habits. Lay off the smoking seems to be the best thing a man can do.
I have had many friends who smoked that lost the ability to get an erection when they were fairly young. Some lost their lives also.
Another way older men have it better than most older women is women are attracted to older men. Some men are attracted to older women but that usually ends before the woman is really very old.
I have a friend who is a couple of years younger than I am. Until the last few years she could have passed for a college age girl. Her body still looks like a mid 20 year old girl but her face has started to show its age because she smokes. She is still a very attractive woman but could have been even more so.
