Well yes in third world shit hole countries run by tin horn dictators they are called death squads. The dictator just sends them out and they kill whoever he tells them to. No need for trial or prison.

But what I marvel at is that the Trump supporters want to split hairs and play semantics over the difference between extrajudicial killings and death squads instead of recognizing the simple fact a sane US president would never go on the national stage and brag and take credit for an extrajudicial killing.

Which is where we see their shared psychosis with Trump. You have to be mentally ill yourself not to be able to see that is insane.

Rienoehl's family is going to live comfortably off tax payer's money, when the final settlement is made. It will be interesting to see if the Judge allows Trump's statements to allowed into evidence, at the trial. One thing is certain, it gives the attorneys everything they need to force depositions from US Marshalls and Justice Department officials, to determine who ordered the Marshall's to not arrest him.

Yale University psychiatrist Dr. Bandy Lee, MD noted that President Donald Trump and his administration’s attacks on science are leading the United States into the Dark Ages.

“What is the difference between a civilized society and a bare-subsistence one?” Lee asked on Twitter. “It is the systematic training and application of expertise: science to keep out disease; engineering to build safe and durable structures; art to create an uplifting environment; etc. When the defenses of a deprived population meet an authoritarian who needs to suppress all expertise—in order to present oneself as the ultimate authority, the expert in everything, without competition—we negate progress and return to bare-subsistence days called the Dark Ages”

Trump has replaced the top infectious diseases experts and virologists on the Coronavirus Task Force with an X-Ray doctor who doesn’t believe masks stop the spread of COVID-19.

He’s repeatedly attempted to cut funding to science agencies in the government. Even his science adviser left experts wanting more.

“He came in all fired up, promising to make things happen,” one lobbyist says about White House Office of Science and Technology Policy director Kelvin Droegemeier. “But so far nothing has come out of it, and the research community is very disappointed. Another science policy specialist adds, “I give him an A for effort, and an F for performance.”

I have pointed out many times the problem with Trump supporters is they don't really watch him or pay any attention to what he says. And so they not only don't know how literally and clinically mentally ill Trump is they don't see him getting worse by the hour.

Experts: ‘Destructive’ Donald Trump is getting desperate — and his psyche is unraveling right before our very eyes

Despite the outbreak and spread of the coronavirus at the White House, Donald Trump still insists that “it’s going to disappear.” To make matters worse, he proclaims, “We have a cure.” We have lost 220,000 Americans to a deadly pandemic. And what does he say? “I’m immune. So the president is in very good shape to fight the battles.” He continues to promulgate lies and misinformation about the pandemic.

At his rally in Florida in front of 7,000 supporters, Trump announced, “I feel so powerful. I’ll walk into that audience, I’ll walk in there, kiss everyone in that audience. I’ll kiss the guys and the beautiful women, just give you a big fat kiss.” This is hypomanic hypersexuality from our president.

Last Thursday evening at his town hall on NBC, Trump admitted that he had retweeted a QAnon conspiracy theory that the killing of Osama bin Laden was fake and had been staged by Barack Obama and Joe Biden. A bizarre conspiracy theory gone awry.

On Friday, Trump told a crowd in Georgia that he “might have to leave the country” if he loses the election to Biden. That sounds like a semi-confession of his corruption.

At a campaign rally in Wisconsin on Saturday, he asserted that the National Guard’s physical altercations with protesters were “beautiful.” Trump’s glorification of violence.

At his rally in Michigan on the same day, he criticized Gov. Gretchen Whitmer — recently the subject of a kidnapping plot busted by the FBI — and the crowd chanted, “Lock her up.” His response: “Lock them all up.” Trump’s vindictiveness toward political foes.

Donald Trump is a desperate man. His recklessness is growing by the hour as his poll numbers are failing and his presidency is coming to a crashing end. His mental pathology is front and center. His psyche is unraveling before our eyes.

Trump is in an existential crisis of his own making. George Conway — a lifelong Republican, Washington attorney and co-founder of the Lincoln Project — summed it up best when we reached out to him: “We’ve seen how he is continuing to reach new depths. He realizes he is headed toward destruction.”

Trump is now wildly out of control with his ranting tweets, lies, conspiracy theories, threats, gaslighting and erratic behavior. His pronouncements are getting more disturbed and destructive. He is telling senior citizens that they are not vulnerable to the coronavirus. He is telling the public that they should not let the coronavirus dominate their lives. He even stated that he must be a perfect physical specimen because he recovered from COVID-19 so quickly (completely disregarding the powerful cocktail of drugs he received). He was recently live on the air twice in one day on Fox News, airing his unmoored grievances, soothing his injured ego, projecting ridiculous grandiosity and collecting narcissistic fuel.

Alarmingly, Trump is losing his grip on reality. He is agitated. He seems to be hypomanic — quite likely exacerbated by his COVID-19 medications. He has become paranoid. He has been calling out for his political opponents to be indicted. He has been preoccupied with a totally fake conspiracy theory about Barack Obama and Joe Biden spying on his campaign. He is lashing out at some of his most loyal cabinet members. He is even blaming Gold Star families for giving him COVID-19.

Trump is on a collision course with self-destruction. He has lost all ability for rational and reasonable discourse with the American people. His performance during the presidential debate on Sept. 29 was shocking and disheartening. He was hostile and rude. He showed no self-control. He was flailing. Trump even canceled his second debate with Biden — he was looking for a way out.

Trump now feels cornered and exposed. His sense of entitlement is threatened. His grandiosity and superiority are crumbling. What he fears most is being embarrassed and humiliated. After all, he has spent his whole life branding himself as smarter and stronger and richer than anyone else. His “false self” persona is being chipped away hour by hour.

The emperor is about to have no clothes.

As Trump’s desperation grows, his mental pathology is becoming more amplified. He is looking unhinged because he is unhinged. It is all we can see — a man who is erratic and unrestrained and debilitated. He is always defensive. He grumbles and roars and blames others. He is incapable of taking responsibility for his own decisions and behavior. He is incapable of leading and governing.

Trump’s desperation includes a scorched-earth mentality. If he is going down, he wants to bring everyone and everything down with him. He has no hesitation to break laws or destroy people. Democratic institutions and principles mean nothing to him. All that matters is his survival, his preservation, his continued power.

The end is in sight. But Trump will go down fighting. He will hold onto power until the last possible moment. It will have to be stripped away from him. He will not facilitate a peaceful transfer of power to Biden. He will cry out that he is the victim of a conspiracy. Unbelievably, he will seek sympathy for himself. He will urge his supporters to strike out in anger and aggrievement. He will bask in the glow of his victimhood.

Trump will leave behind a deadly pandemic. He will leave behind a country that is divided and tribal. Racism and xenophobia and terrorist groups have become prominent. Far too many of us have stopped believing in science, the truth and the free press.

We are facing two more weeks of Trump’s desperation and mental pathology. Each day will seem unending. Each day will be exhausting.

Two more weeks until our votes are finally cast and counted.

Two more weeks until Trump’s chaos, incompetence and corruption can be ended.

Neurologist: Trump’s ‘forward-leaning posture’ and ‘body ticks’ are cause for serious concern — report

A professor of Neurology at George Washington University says he believes there may be legitimate concerns over President Donald J. Trump’s “forward-listing posture” that goes beyond the comical memes and gif responses normally shared on social media.

“I know something about political figures and observable signs of illness from afar,” Richard E. Cytowic M.D. wrote in Psychology Today. “… The American public deserves an accurate account of our president’s health.”

“While most frequently observed in Parkinson’s Disease, the bent posture so evident in Trump may also be seen in Alzheimer’s Dementia, movement disorders of the basal ganglia, and as the side effect of certain medications.,” Cytowic continued. “Also noted are the sudden, jerking movements of Trump’s right arm. Since they occur only on one side, the prefix “hemi” is applied, while “ballistic” means sudden or flinging in the manner of a projectile. Trump’s hemiballistic arm movements are evident in news clips from Memorial Day (also here via C-Span) at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, as are his uncontrolled swaying and forward tilt. He is seen to grab his wayward arm with the left one in an effort to keep it under control.”

While Trump “aced” a 10-minute mental status screening in August, Cytowic said “the test is one an average adult should easily pass. To a neurologist, his way of walking, posture, and jerky movements are concerning and in want of explanation.”

According to Cytowic, “It is true that individuals who have balance and gait issues similar to those observed in Trump can have degenerative brain disease in the frontal lobes, such as fronto-temporal dementia or Pick’s Disease. Other possibilities are normal pressure hydrocephalus, sensory ataxia, peripheral neuropathy, small lacunar strokes in the basal ganglia, supranuclear palsy, the effects of too many medications, and Parkinson’s Disease, which can begin on one side and also show early cognitive impairment.”

Regardless, “The president is a public figure whose judgment we must trust,” Cytowic said. “The American public is entitled to know about his neurological health given the enormous responsibilities placed on our Commander in Chief.”

Mary Trump sheds light on the president’s bizarre pattern of psychological projection

President Donald Trump’s niece, psychologist Mary Trump, appeared Friday on CNN to discuss her uncle’s behavior during the recent president debate.

CNN host Anderson Cooper noted that Tony Schwartz, who is best known for ghostwriting “Trump: The Art of the Deal,” has said “that when the president attacks people, the words he uses, the attacks he wages against other people are really things that are true about himself.”

The CNN host said a similar dynamic was at play during the final presidential debate when Trump attacked Biden as being part of an organized crime family.

“It is amazing how much projection there is and I don’t know if that’s the term,” Cooper said.

“It is the term,” Mary Trump said. “It had gotten to the point where I started to think that Donald Trump was actually desperate to tell people the truth of who he really is but he can’t quite get over the line — so he projects. I had that sense last night when he said he took responsibility but it was all China’s fault. You know, couldn’t quite get there.”

“His acceptance of responsibility lasted as long as a lifetime of fruit fly,” Cooper remarked.

In an interview with the Guardian, Donald Trump’s niece, Mary Trump said there is no telling what will happen in the final days of the 2020 presidential and then its aftermath, but she is worried that the president will “burn it all down” as he is faced with losing the election and then facing criminal charges in the aftermath.

Relying on her background as a psychologist, the president’s niece issued a dire warning that if the president goes down, he will try to take everything around him down with him.

Starting out by stating the president “… knows he’s in desperate shape,” she explained, “he’s going to burn it all down, sow more chaos and division, because that’s where he succeeds. He knows that he’s losing – he’ll deny it mightily – and at some level he understands what’s at stake.”

Faced with the possibility of prison after losing the immunity the presidency grants him, she predicted “if he’s going down, he’s going to take us all down with him.”

“I’ve always believed that deep down Donald is a terrified little boy. The amount of fear he’s feeling now has got to be unhinging him. Not only did he get sick with the virus, there’s the tax story and his prospects in the election looking really bad right now. He’s got to be absolutely panicked,” she explained. “He’s ignored the severity of the pandemic all year because the idea of illness as weakness is so deeply ingrained in my family, that even an association with it is unacceptable, and that’s why now we’ve got 210,000 Americans dead. But now his statement – you can beat it, don’t be afraid of it – is going to result in more people becoming sick, and many of those will die.”

Adding, “So now we have an adult Donald who is sad, lonely, ignorant but who also has immense power – and that is a terrifying prospect,” she continued, “If he stays in the Oval Office, I’m going to try to get a British passport because I don’t think I’ll fare well. He’s an extraordinarily vindictive person surrounded by people who are willing to help him be vindictive. But that’s personal: in terms of the country, if he wins, it’s over. Democracy is over. The western alliance is over. We’ll be entering an incredibly dark period of autocracy on a global scale.”
