But when Avenatti trotted out his victim of the minute the stench became unbearable and we were treated to the sleaziest, lowest, slimiest show of political dirty tricks ever.

So now we got Biden.
The tearful maidens are lining up, the pundits are composing their thoughtful and informed piles of shit. And Biden issues denials his opponents scoff at and his supporters swear by.

What it looks like to Shooter is payback. You know, revenge. Sweet revenge.

But Biden deserves to be innocent until proven guilty.

Bring evidence to court. Let the court decide if the evidence is worth pursuing. If so then charge Biden and bring him to trial, otherwise just let this go.

Eric Holder defends Biden, tells Bill Maher it's Trump supporters 'fanning' Tara Reade's claims​

Fox News contributor Raymond Arroyo on Joe Biden's evolving position toward women making sexual assault claims.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder defended former Vice President Joe Biden during a Friday night appearance on "Real Time with Bill Maher," insisting that "supporters" of President Trump have been "fanning" the 1993 allegations made by former Senate staffer Tara Reade.

"It's interesting that the people who are trying to fan this thing are the very people who support Donald Trump and, of course, who say nothing about the allegations that have been raised, I think very credibly, against Trump from a number of women -- you know, rape -- from a long period of time," Holder told Maher.

"I mean, all of these allegations have to be taken seriously," he added. "People who raise them should be treated sensitively."

BIDEN DODGES QUESTION ON WHETHER HE REMEMBERS TARA READE

Holder then said the claims against Biden didn't seem to reflect the man he has known for more than 20 years.

"What has been described is inconsistent with the person who I've come to know and I've worked with," Holder said. "I think the media is doing a correct job looking into the allegations, finding out a variety of things. The vice president has denied that it actually did occur. And as I said, his denial is consistent with the Joe Biden that I know."

Much of the reporting surrounding Reade's claims didn't exactly come from Trump-supporting outlets. The online news publication The Intercept, founded by progressive journalist Glenn Greenwald, was first to report on Reade's attempts to come forward. Reade then gave her first interview to progressive podcast host Katie Halper.

Rich McHugh of Business Insider broke the story on the police report Reade filed to D.C. Metro Police and later found two more corroborative witnesses to go on the record to support her allegations. The Intercept's Ryan Grim also obtained the transcript of the 1993 "Larry King Live" telecast where Reade's mother anonymously phoned in and told the CNN host about "problems" her daughter had with a "prominent senator."

While many supporters of President Trump have been sharing the developments of Reade's claims on social media, many backers of former 2020 candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and a few celebrities on the left like Rose McGowan, John Cusack and Susan Sarandon have also championed the accuser.

Earlier Friday, Biden finally broke his silence about 1993 allegations made by Reade, telling MSNBC the sexual harassment and assault claims "never happened."

A new allegation concerning Joe Biden and his inappropriate behavior towards has surfaced, and this time it has taken a darker turn as it concerns a 14-year old.

The allegation comes via a story over at Law & Crime, where a woman has claimed that she was 14 when Biden complimented her on her breast size. The comments came during a political event Eva Murray attended twelve years ago.


The woman, Eva Murry, told Law&Crime that Biden complimented her on the size of her breasts at the First State Gridiron Dinner & Show in 2008, a long-running roast of and party for politicians, journalists and prominent business figures held each year in Delaware. Murry says she remembers the event occurring sometime around May of that year.

One friend and her sister said that Murry told her details of the alleged incident more or less immediately after it happened. Four other friends of Murry’s said they were told about the incident, with the same details, between two and three years after it originally occurred.

Law&Crime interviewed Murry, her sister, and those friends over the course of multiple days. Murry is the niece of former Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell and said she occasionally received school credit for attending such political events. O’Donnell was running a long-shot campaign against Biden at the time that the alleged sexual harassment incident occurred.

Murray, who is now 26, engaged, and has two children, acknowledged to the website that the timing of the allegations could be seen as political, but she insists that the event is true.


This is first new allegation of sexual misconduct against the presumptive Democratic nominee for President since he addressed the Tara Reade allegations on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Friday morning. During that interview, Biden denied that the sexual assault described by Reade did not happen.

The allegation by Reade has received increased media coverage over the course of the week after multiple right-leaning outlets, including RedState, pointed out what they call a “double-standard” between how Biden is being covered and how the allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh were covered in 2018.

There has so far been no comment from the Biden campaign on Murray’s allegation.

New York Times calls for DNC investigation into Biden sexual assault claims​

The New York Times on Saturday called for the Democratic National Committee to investigate the sexual assault claims against presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden -- a day after he denied the allegations for the first time.

“As is so often the case in such situations, it is all but impossible to be certain of the truth. But the stakes are too high to let the matter fester — or leave it to be investigated by and adjudicated in the media. Mr. Biden is seeking the nation’s highest office,” a column by the Times’ Editorial Board said.

BIDEN REJECTS TARA READE ACCOUNT ENTIRELY, SAYS 'THE FACTS IN THIS CASE DO NOT EXIST'

The call came a day after Biden answered allegations by former staffer Tara Reade that he assaulted her in 1993. The response came in an interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and in a written statement.

“No, it is not true,” Biden said. “I’m saying unequivocally it never, never happened and it didn’t. It never happened.”

He also authorized a request for any relevant records in the National Archives while declining to OK a search for records at the University of Delaware, saying that those files would not pertain to personnel issues.

But who has the National Archive records and who controls them turned out to be a murky issue, with the Archives responding that the Senate technically has “control” of any such files from 1993, the year in question. Biden has since written to Julie E. Adams, the Secretary of the Senate, asking her to address the possible discrepancy.

Reade has accused Biden of cornering her in a Senate office and assaulting her in 1993. Her story has changed over time. Reade and seven other women had come forward last year to accuse Biden of inappropriate contact. However, the story she told in March was far more graphic, raising the allegation to the level of sexual assault.

“I don’t know why she’s saying this, I don’t know why after 27 years, all of a sudden this gets raised, but I’m not going to question her motives, I’m not going to attack her,” Biden said. “She has a right to say whatever she wants to say, but I’m going to say look at the facts.”

Biden also fought off accusations that he is engaging in a double-standard, compared to the stance he took during the confirmation hearing of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh -- where he called for Kavanaugh accusers to be believed.

Biden said that “believing women means taking women’s claims seriously." He added that “women have a right to be heard,” but that their claims should be investigated by the press.

“They should start off with the presumption that they’re telling the truth,” Biden said Friday. “Then you have to look at the circumstances and the facts. And the facts in this case do not exist.”

The Times referred to the Kavanaugh confirmation battle as it called for the DNC to investigate Biden.

“Last year, this board advocated strongly for a vigorous inquiry into accusations of sexual misconduct raised against Brett Kavanaugh when he was nominated to a seat on the Supreme Court. Mr. Biden’s pursuit of the presidency requires no less,” the board said. “His campaign, and his party, have a duty to assure the public that the accusations are being taken seriously. The Democratic National Committee should move to investigate the matter swiftly and thoroughly, with the full cooperation of the Biden campaign.”

The Times argued that for the probe to be a “serious inquiry,” it must include a search through the records in the University of Delaware: “No relevant memo should be left unexamined.”

“Any inventory should be strictly limited to information about Ms. Reade and conducted by an unbiased, apolitical panel, put together by the D.N.C. and chosen to foster as much trust in its findings as possible,” the board said.

The call comes days after The Washington Post’s editorial board made a similar call before Biden made his remarks on the accusation -- demanding too that the documents in Delaware be made available.

“Demands for the release of the entire trove invite a worthwhile debate about candidate disclosures, yet that’s not a battle that needs to be fought today,” the Post argued. “The narrower question is whether the public ought to have as much information as possible about an assault accusation against a presidential contender, and the answer is yes.”

GOP accuses Biden of ‘hiding documents’ after denial on Tara Reade claims​

Republicans accused Joe Biden of “hiding documents” Friday after the former vice president, for the first time, personally denied the sexual assault allegation leveled against him by former Senate staffer Tara Reade but would not approve the release of Senate files under seal at the University of Delaware.

“The most transparent thing Joe Biden did this morning was admit that he is hiding documents so they can’t be used against him,” Republican National Committee Rapid Response Director Steve Guest said in a statement Friday, alleging a "Biden coverup."

Biden, during an interview Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” adamantly denied Reade’s allegations, saying “unequivocally, it never, never happened and it didn’t. It never happened.”

He also said in a written statement that he's calling for a search of the National Archives to “identify any record of the complaint she alleges she filed and make available to the press any such document.” He maintained any such record would be kept by the Archives and not by the University of Delaware, which he said doesn't have "personnel" files.

But during the interview, Biden resisted suggestions that a similar search nevertheless be conducted at the university.

“The fact is, that there’s a lot of things that of speeches I’ve made, positions I’ve taken, interviews that I did overseas with people, all of those things relating to my job,” Biden explained. “And the idea that they would be made public and the fact while I was running for public office, they could be really taken out of context.”

Biden added: “The papers are position papers, they are documents that existed and that for example when I go, when I met with Putin or when I met with whomever. And all of that to be fodder in a campaign at this time.”

The GOP hammered Biden, saying he “is covering up his University of Delaware documents to save his political future.”

“Not only did Joe Biden say his documents held at the University of Delaware ‘weren’t supposed to be revealed,’ (which is a lie) Biden admitted that he doesn’t want those records to see the light of day because they could be used against him or reveal what he said to Vladimir Putin,” Guest tweeted. “What?!”

The records from Biden’s more than three decades as a senator have come under increased scrutiny for days, as some in the press called on the nominee to push for the records’ release.

Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel also weighed in, saying Biden’s interview “only raised more questions about why he refuses to release his Senate records at the University of Delaware.”

“His answers were nonsensical,” McDaniel said Friday. “What is he hiding?”

Meanwhile, Biden was pressed on his past comments about women coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and assault, specifically his comments surrounding the confirmation hearing of now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Biden said that “believing women means taking women’s claims seriously,” and added that “women have a right to be heard,” but that their claims should be investigated by the press.

Counselor to President Trump Kellyanne Conway on Friday accused Biden of “silencing thousands of women,” saying his “confidence” makes it “very difficult for women to come forward.”

“It’s different in our culture now,” Conway said. “Believe all women means all women, you don’t get to choose.”

President Trump, too, has been accused by at least 18 women of sexual misconduct – which range from unwanted touching to sexual assault – during purported incidents occurring between the late 1980s up until 2013. He has also denied the allegations.

 

What we need is one of those committee hearings.

You know, with outraged deplorables on one side, barely able to contain their outrage and horror, tossing soft questions to Bidens accusers who respond tearfully with grossly detailed descriptions of their attacks.

And on the other end we have skeptical despicables challenging every word, every witness, every allegation.

Everyone looking for a gotcha moment, while the media has a feeding frenzy gobbling up every syllable.

Course, in the end, nothing will change, nothing will be resolved, nothing will happen.

Biden operatives accessed secret Senate records at University of Delaware before mid-March, report says​

Joe's Biden's campaign dispatched operatives to the University of Delaware's library in the past year to rifle through his secretive Senate records there, Business Insider reported Thursday -- raising the possibility they accessed documents related to Tara Reade's accusation that he sexually assaulted her when she worked for him in 1993.

The development comes as both The Atlantic and The Washington Post argued that Biden should instruct the university to turn over the records, saying they "could contain confirmation of any complaint Ms. Reade made, either through official congressional channels or to the three other employees she claims she informed not specifically of the alleged assault but more generally of harassment."

Biden dropped off 1,875 boxes of “photographs, documents, videotapes, and files” and 415 gigabytes of electronic records to the University of Delaware in 2012. The university initially said it expected to make the records “available to the public two years after Biden’s last day in elected public office.” In April 2019, just hours before Biden announced his current presidential bid, the university changed its mind, and said the papers wouldn't be released until either December 31, 2019, or until two years after Biden “retires from public life,” whichever comes later.

Biden campaign officials "rifled through" the documents on "at least one occasion," Business Insider reported, citing a statement from University spokeswoman Andrea Boyle Tippett. The campaign's visit to the library came some point after Biden announced his presidential campaign in April 2019 -- but before "mid-March" 2020, when the library closed due to the coronavirus. No one from the Biden team has visited since the closure, Tippett claimed.

The university did not return Fox News' request for comment Thursday.

Reade made her explosive public claim that Biden sexually harassed her on March 25, but in the past year, Reade and several other women have accused Biden of inappropriate touching. Biden has also been caught on camera touching young girls and making them visibly uncomfortable.

Fox News reported on Thursday that numerous top officials on the board of the University of Delaware, which is refusing to release Biden's Senate records despite an earlier promise to do so, have close personal and financial ties to the former vice president -- and the chairman of the board even bought Biden's house in 1996 for $1.2 million, reportedly a "top dollar" price given its condition.

The University of Delaware’s charter states that the Board of Trustees has “entire control and management of the affairs of the university," and notes that no university bylaws "shall diminish or reduce the Board’s plenary authority over all matters related to the control and management of the affairs of the University."

The current chairman of the board at the University of Delaware, John Cochran, is a longtime Biden donor and former CEO of MBNA.

In a January 1998 American Spectator article headlined "The Senator from MBNA," columnist Byron York recounted how Cochran, then MBNA's vice chairman, paid "top dollar" for Biden's home in February 1996, just prior to his Senate re-election bid, and that "MBNA gave Cochran a lot of money—$330,000—to help with 'expenses' related to the move."

The $1.2 million sale was a "pretty darned good deal for Biden," York wrote, noting that "Cochran simply paid Biden’s full asking price" even though the "house needed quite a bit of work; contractors and their trucks descended on the house for months after the purchase."

Asked how Cochran and Biden found each other for the sale, an MBNA spokesperson told York: "That’s a very personal question." Federal election records also showed top MBNA executives apparently made a "concerted" effort to donate to Biden's campaign, York reported.

Shortly after the house sale, Biden's son Hunter was hired on at MBNA. Rachel Mullen, a former senior personal banking officer at MBNA from 1994-2001 who later went into Republican politics, tweeted that managers referred to the younger Biden as "Senator MBNA" after he was hired into a lucrative management-prep track right after he graduated from Yale Law School.

As Hunter cashed the checks, Biden was pushing successfully on the Senate floor for legislation that would make it harder for consumers to file for bankruptcy protection -- benefiting companies like MBNA. In a contemporaneous interview, Tom Brokaw asked the elder Biden whether it was "inappropriate" for the then senator to have his son "collecting money from this big credit card company while you were on the [Senate] floor protecting its interests."

Further, at least seven other members of the University of Delaware's board of trustees have donated to Biden's political campaigns -- including a former Biden senior counsel from the Senate, as well as the state's governor and other senior officials.

Terri Kelly, the former president and CEO Of W.L. Gore & Associates, has served on the university's board of trustees since 2014 -- and donated the maximum legal amount to Biden in 2019.

Carol Ammon, who has been on the board since 2013, has given more than $10,000 to Biden's campaign and affiliated PACs, federal election records show.

John Paradee, a lawyer, joined the board in 2018. He has also donated heavily to Biden.

John Carney, the state's governor and another board member, has also donated more than $1,000 to Biden.

Claire DeMatteis served as counsel to Biden. Since 2001, she has given over $16,000 to Democratic PACs, including Biden's, called Unite Our States.

Chai Gadde, a CEO, has donated thousands to Biden.

William Lafferty, a partner at a Delaware law firm who serves on the board as well, has also given more than $2,500 Biden's campaign.

Despite some outlets calling for the release of the records held by these board members, Senate Democrats and media outlets have been mostly silent on Reade's claims, even though they called for an immediate FBI investigation into claims against then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh in 2018. Reade, however, has presented substantially more corroborating evidence than Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Blasey Ford.

Biden himself hasn't addressed the allegation against him, and no one in the media has asked him about it during interviews. Representatives for Biden's campaign have denied the allegations, even as some Democrats have urged Biden to address the matter himself.

Biden's team has indicated he will address the accusations in-person on Friday.

 

I dispute I would ever say such a thing in a state with no stature of limitations.

But if so I am sure if I ever became the Democratic nominee for president that would probably come up and be the least of my worries. Otherwise I would run for president and still beat your Chosen One.
